Took my RAV4 in for a noise in the front end in late Dec 2018. I suspected a wheel bearing and told the advisor that. Sold me on having cupped tires, then needed an alignment and tires rotated and balanced. Said to wait a few thousand miles for the tires to wear. I though it was nonsense but was in no position to argue. 11,000 miles later I bought new tires, and guess what, the exact same noise was there. Took it back and begged someone to take a ride with me so I knew that they heard the same noise. It was a bad wheel bearing, like I thought 11,000 miles ago. I didn't push the issue, but others have said that I should have demanded my money back for the first service. I know there are flow charts to diagnose issues, but sometimes good old fashioned trouble shooting, combined with customer input can't be charted out. I think Dan was the 2nd advisor and have no issues with his service, none with the first guy either, just wish issue was resolved the first time.

I totaled my car and when I went to the dealership I was expecting to only be able to buy a used car. I arrived and met will Mr. Bill Kristl who was nothing but kind and generous with his time and expertise. After a bit of talking and figuring we decided to look at a corolla, with that being the responsible purchase to make. Bill did another search and some quick calculations and found a c-hr that would be just about the same price as the Corolla. So, he pulled it around and we took it for a test drive. While on the road, bill expertly told me of all of the new features and explained exactly how each of them worked and why they were so helpful. When we got back to the dealership, he offered us, again, the use of the complimentary lounge and began the paperwork. He explained everything I was signing clearly and effectively and he truly made the daunting task of buying a new car enjoyable. After everything was signed, we went to the office of Mrs. Rena Roberts. She was incredibly personable and kind. She also explained everything thoroughly and explained how to use the services I was purchasing. She even is able to get a rebate for the unused care plan that was on my last car. I believe through the combined efforts of Bill and Rena, they have made customers for life. Not only from myself, but for the people in my family and when the time comes , hopefully my children.

Called to make appt.—lady who answered was rude. Took my car in for my appt.—service rep. was very rude, didn’t care about anything I had to say & had the attitude that he just wanted me to not bother him with anything.
Also took several weeks before I could get an appt. to have my car serviced. I have had my car serviced at this dealership for years, but will be using someone else from now on.

my daughter bought a used Camry from this dealership before the 1st month was out the brakes went out not only did they tell her they would not help her out on the repair but she should not drive the car and they could fix it for $600, she came to me and I replace her brake pads for $50 ,they could have put the pads on and had a very satisfied customer that would have recommended them, but they tried to RIP her off and she will be telling everyone she knows to never buy from them

I bought a Jeep there 10 months ago and wanted to upgrade to 4 door. When salesman came back with car fax he said it was wrecked before we bought it. Never was I informed that it was ever wrecked. Now having the Jeep only 10 months they want to penalize me for it being wrecked before I bought it and was never told it had been wrecked. They were trying to sell it to a wholesaler because it was wrecked in the past. I will never ever do business with them again. Make sure you ask for a car fax before you buy because they will not tell you if it had been wrecked then you are screwed like I was.
No oil put in car - Where did oil go
I had oil change after driving would not run no oil in engine. Burnt head gasket $2,200.00 to fix. No help from Toyota. Don't go near this dealer. Will not refund recall part.
