Chris was incredible! Brought my daughters 2011 Equinox in for a P0420 check engine. I found a special warranty coverage on the web for a catalytic converter issue, that i hoped was covered. Chris was able to confirm it was covered, and fixed the car quickly free of charge! Another great Lester Glenn experience, will not go anywhere else to buy or service any of my cars.

Just wanted to share my first experience the Schumacher Chevrolet dealership in Little Falls, I brought in my 19 Canyon that had a leaking CV axle boot (from my own wrong doing). Not only did they fix it at no charge they delivered the truck to my work place when it was done ! Awesome customer service and extremely satisfied with their communications . Very Professional and friendly staff. Something Im not accustomed to coming from my many experiences with Jeep service departments around my area ( Jeeps Service dept is Completely Disgraceful !) I worked with Kristie in the service department and she was extremely helpful to me. On two separate occasions I was considering a used Chevy Tahoe from external dealerships and Kristie and the techs were very gracious with their time and attention to detail in looking over the vehicles for me (without "nickel and diming" me). They were able to advise me out of a bad deal, and possible headaches in the future. The staff is very friendly, and Kristie provided great customer service. On July 4, our truck lost its breaks on a New Jersey highway. It was terrifying as we were also traveling with our two young daughters. By some miracle, we saw Bennett Chevrolet from the highway and managed to limp our way there. Thankfully, they had some salespersons working but due to the holiday, service was not open until the next day. We attempted to get a rental but with the holiday, it was not looking promising. Moreover, we could not seem to find an available Uber to drive my husband to the closest airport, where the one open rental place was located. Incidentally, it looked bleak and it was getting stressful. The folks at Bennett Chevrolet were amazing! They graciously offered us a vehicle to use at no charge, fed us lunch (they were having a holiday cookout for their employees!) and reached out to the service manager (at home!!!) to get us in first thing, the next day to diagnose and fix our truck. These folks could have charged us through the roof to fix our car and or manufactured an unnecessary issue for the sole fact we were helpless and needed to get home. Did I mention we needed to tow an 8000lb camper home with us and therefore, our options were very limited? Instead, the issue was an easy fix and they took the effort to check our entire truck for any additional safety issues. Moreover, no one attempted to sell us a truck or allude to any likelihood that we would need to get one because our truck could take days to fix . Honestly, in our situation, we would not have gotten home without one. We cannot thank these folks enough especially the compassion shown by the sales manager Andy, the gentleman that sanctioned the vehicle for us to use, one incredible kind woman that helped with my girls and the gentleman that greeted us as soon as we got out of the truck. Without equivocation, I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had a part replaced recently due to a factory recall on my Sonata and ran into a few glitches with ordering. Though it was a little frustrating at the time the staff were very understanding, supportive and valued my time during the whole process. They reassured me they would do whatever it takes to rectify the situation and complete the task. They did indeed accomplished that and more! First the OnStar stops working and they want me to par over $200 dollars to have someone look at it. Then now the air conditioning doesn't work now I have to pay $140 for leak test. Now I went in for that $60 oil change and they say I have a leak in my rear pinion seal is leaking. How can this be with a 2016 vehicle..This is such a lowlife the dealer is. A day later when I drove the truck home I realized I didn't even have car mats I went back the next day they said well that's the way the vehicle came it wouldn't even give me car mats

I recently had an issue with my 2015 Silverado touchscreen radio. It would randomly switch channels or drop Bluetooth calls or the volume would change levels without being prompted. I contacted Stephaney at Rossi who advised she would contact my warranty company to find out how the issue should be resolved. After waiting a few weeks for the back ordered radio to come in, Stephaney contacted me immediately and was able to schedule my service appointment for the next day. Rossi sure is lucky to have a dedicated employee like her to ensure their customers are well cared for.

The bumper rusted out after a few yrs and I brought in the warranty that says guarantee, they blame it on where they get their bumpers from RATHER than help me out, at least go to where you get your products and try to help the customer out! You just basically said I’m SOL....thanks Quality for the kick in the pants! From now on I will go to a DEPENDABLE BODY SHOP! Lesson Learned...
