The vehicle was in for a few issues and o my 10 days later I got the vehicle back. I had to spend couple hundreds on u wrong my kids to camp back and forth. Unacceptable!!

Had my RAM 1500 Limited in for service and I had the best experience dealing David Fresco the Senior Service Advisor. He was extremely fast and efficient having my service completed. FCA should have Mr. Fresco be there example of how to run an effective service department. Some dealerships can not keep service people and have a huge turnover, you can see why Mr. Fresco has been with Route 46 for many years.

I called Buhler a few weeks ago on a Monday morning at 8am freaking out because my radio blew out during an upgrade so Mike in the service dept told me to come right in.. after being turned away from 4 dealerships I was so relieved. I got there & Mike greeted me and reassured me that it'll be fixed. A new radio had to be ordered so he shared my concerns about my battery draining with the radio being stuck in the error mode & he had a tech take the radio back out & disconnected it so I wouldn't have a battery issue. The radio came in yesterday & I brought it in at 7am today & was back in my truck on my way home at 8am. Words can't express how happy I am with the service, the employees & the dealership itself. Lifelong customer from now on. Next purchase we are coming straight to Buhler! Thank you!!

One of the best experiences at an auto dealer ever!! We were strangers to their community and were treated like locals. Issac, another young man and most of all Tom PaPa, genial with a great sense of humor made us welcome right away. While they worked we were driven to and from a diner so we could have breakfast. A very friendly driver and a surprisingly good diner. A walk through with Issy to update ourselves on the new Jeeps was friendly and stress free even though he knew we were not local. All in a two and a half hour envelop from walk in to drive out. And the price was half of what we were guessing! Oh! And the car works great! A stress free six hour, drive back to Cape Cod.

These people are terrible! they kept our car for 3 weeks, they wouldn't provide a loaner, the car flashed the CHECK ENGINE light when we were driving it home; we turned around and brought it back to the dealer. It died and needed a jump. Now 2 weeks later they don't know what's wrong with it and they put 200 miles on it test driving it and they never provided a loaner. I always have a terrible experience trying to schedule my service with Jerry. I have been going to Kindle since 2017 and bought both my trucks there. I try to ONLY get my truck serviced at Kindle, even though, I live over 60 miles away. Since it is so far, I need to come in a little later, and every time I call she tells me I cannot be scheduled later, has to be early before 9 AM. Today, I called and left a message to come in next week at 11AM. Guess what? She called me to tell me she usually cannot schedule that time; to use the quick lane. Well, guess what, I have driven ALL THE WAY TO CAPE MAY only to be turned away from the QUICK LANE. Waste of gas and time. After 4 years of this. I AM DONE. No more auto purchases from KINDLE and NO MORE SERVICE FROM THEM AGAIN. I am thinking of cancelling my 100k truck bumper to bumper warranty, too. I paid too much for that. Done with this dealership.

If I could give 6 stars, I would definitely do so. We were traveling in through the area when the check engine light came on in our 1.5 week old Wrangler 4xe. We were able to make our way to Fullerton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and they shuffled things to squeeze us in and quickly diagnose the issue as a loose connection in the cooling system for the electric motor. We ended up having the most wonderful chat with Dean Tuccillo, General Manager of the Fullerton Group. It made what could have been a very frustrating 2 hours into an experience where we felt well taken care of.

Worsts experience every! My Jeep was there for more then a month. Service Manager was rude, yelled at me and told me to come and get my Jeep that he was tired of my xxxxxxxxx. Had to have my Jeep towed out and then was told my service manager that the only way I would ever step foot in his building again was to tell him sorry. Talk to Manager about it all and that was a waste of time. I just can’t get over the fact that they allow this man to talk to customers in this way.
