Easy and fast. Our salesman was friendly and made our transaction as a simple as possible.

Service Manager Steve is great, he calls to inform - radecarlo98

Service Manager Steve is great, he calls to inform pricing before work is started and is a straight shooter. Some services are priced to high because of the GM book rate. So some services I do myself, but for all others I request Doc. He's their best tech and does great work trouble shooting or knowing off hand what the problem is.

We’ve had 2 successful buying experiences at this - Jenna Morrison

Samantha was very good she took the time to explain - bigblue1962

Samantha was very good she took the time to explain everything and show me the difference between the truck models. Check in after the sale to make sure that I didn’t have any questions. The truck could have been cleaned a little better before I picked it up but not a big deal

The professionalism with my salesman was off the charts, - pbrensfd

The professionalism with my salesman was off the charts, Roy’s knowledge of the Chevy product and my delivery experience were beyond expectations.

Service personnel are polite and personable. - Dennisoutdoors

Service personnel are polite and personable. The only problem is and hour and a half to an hour and 45 min for oil change and tire rotation on occasion 2hrs is a bit long.

Hoselton has been our car dealership for quite awhile. - r.trimble

Hoselton has been our car dealership for quite awhile. We have decided to go from two cars to one. I did Carvana and Kelly Blue Book online to see what they would offer us. This got me in touch with Gwen Zannie. We communicated online, and I made an appointment to see if she would match my offer. Gwen was very accommodating, friendly and supportive of my wants. We ended up selling it and walked out with a big fat check in hand. I would definitely go back to GWEN ZANNIE if we decide to sell again and go new. We have never been able to sell a car outright and paid in full. This was a great experience!

I am filing this review regarding my experience with Bob - Vanessa

I am filing this review regarding my experience with Bob Johnson Chevrolet Buick in Pulaski, New York. Over the years, I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership because I believed they were a reputable business that valued honesty and customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed that opinion. I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse in good faith, believing I was buying a vehicle with an accurate and properly disclosed odometer history. Years later, when I attempted to trade the vehicle, I learned it had an odometer discrepancy/rollback flag on the car fax, which has significantly reduced its value and made it difficult to trade or sell. I was never informed of this issue during the sale, and was not provided an odometer disclosure documenting the discrepancy. Had this information been disclosed, I would not have purchased the vehicle. After discovering the issue, I sent a formal demand letter to Bob Johnson Chevrolet Buick with supporting documentation, giving the dealership an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. Despite providing a reasonable deadline, I received no response at all. As a longtime customer who has purchased four vehicles from this dealership, I found the complete lack of communication especially disappointing. I expected much better from a dealership I had trusted for years. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or attempting to resolve the situation, they chose not to respond. I will now be taking other avenues to resolve this matter.

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Suburban from Gault - JD

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Suburban from Gault Chevrolet in Endicott, NY and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Ricky Chesebro was outstanding — knowledgeable, zero pressure, and genuinely focused on finding the right vehicle for me. The Suburban was exactly what I was looking for and presented perfectly. Joe Wallick made sure the deal was fair and straightforward, and Sam Folk in finance had me in and out quickly with no surprises. From start to finish, this was the easiest car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend Gault Chevrolet and this team!

Terrible wait times, terrible communication. - Priscilla

Terrible wait times, terrible communication. They stated even though my registered address with documentation is my actual address I had to switch my insurance to match the old address on my license. Waited several hours in the dealership with only one or two people looking at vehicles. I finally picked my SUV up and they forgot more paperwork. Days after they forget even more and I’m still waiting on a response about plates and other information after asking for over a week. Then they also said there was notary paperwork they forgot to give me last week to sign and overnight back. Horrible all around company. If I didn’t absolutely need this SUV I was going to walk out. Don’t waste your time here, no one knows what they are doing. I grew up working in car dealerships and this one is appalling.

I worked in dealerships and this place was the worst - Herlihysmokehouse

I worked in dealerships and this place was the worst experience ever! Purchase process was terrible and after my truck broke down after only one week I had to fight to get any response from a salesman or manager. One I did after weeks of trying I was told by the sales manager “how is that his f’ing problem” worst experience ever!

The team at Bical Chevy greatly assisted us with our - Shay

The team at Bical Chevy greatly assisted us with our purchase of a 2025 Trax and checked all the boxes throughout the deal. The team members Lisa, Mark, and Zain are all very professional & courteous. This is the kind of dealership one wants to do business with. 👍

Ben Reynolds provided the absolute best car purchase - Great Experience

Ben Reynolds provided the absolute best car purchase experience; my wife and I had in 30 years! He was authentic &hones, versus the typical attributes associated with a used car salesman! He answered all my and wife questions. In the end we purchased a 2026 Rouge; after reviewing several used SUVs. He managed all the sales details at Maguire's Nissian dealership. He contacted us the day after the sale to see if we had any issues! When is the last time car salesman follow-ups the day after a sale! I would purchase a care from Maquire again!

I had a very complicated issue with my car. - Keith

Marilyn Bergin and the staff at Grand Prize Chevrolet - Chris f

Marilyn Bergin and the staff at Grand Prize Chevrolet made my used car buying experience the easiest purchase of my life. Zero hiccups, even though I did buy an off brand from them. Kudos to Marilyn and the team.

Tommy DeSola is the best. - JohnT_LI

Tommy DeSola is the best. I've been going to him for years, even before he moved to New Rochelle, so I'll drive from further away just to take my cars to his dealership. I honestly don't trust anyone else to oversee anything related to my car repairs or upgrades except for Tommy.

I have been leasing from Ki Po for years. - Jrudickjr

I have been leasing from Ki Po for years. I just leased a new Equinox today and again thanks to Mike Monczak and John Magaddino. It couldn’t have been easier, walk in sign the papers and walk out with a new vehicle. I have always been very satisfied at Ki Po with both sales and service.

Shady contract practices Purchased a vehicle here on - Alan

Shady contract practices Purchased a vehicle here on 10/5/26. Got a signed We Owe contract for a 2nd key. They mailed a key that doesn't even go to my car, and now the Owner, Management and the sales team is ghosting my emails to try and run out the clock. Shady contract practices.

It is very clean. - Milisaryan

A Friendly and Honest dealership. I just bought my second truck from them, both experiences have been excellent. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone- great people like Trey working there make all the difference!

I went there to buy a car today. - Johnreynolds515

I went there to buy a car today. The salesman was inattentive and rude and disrespectful to my wife. The business manager got us keys to test drive. When we came back he was nowhere to be found. We waited 20 minutes and no one came to help us. Very unprofessional.
