Wife verbally approved(spoke to very nice front desk person, Ryen, via phone)and said to go ahead with recommendations(included wipers and filter replacement). Recently discovered no improvement in windshield wipers, relooked at bill and realized wipers and air filter were not replaced.

I didn't care for the intimidation with the offer of insurance we didn't want, and there were a couple other vehicle issues that took weeks to resolve but the good store manager made sure things got resolved. However, not ready to purchase. Over the next several days, Conner repeatedly reached out to me to visit again. And I did. This time the showroom model was waiting for me to drive. I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.
