We had a very good experience with Billingsley Ford from the moment we walked in the door. Dean, was the sales person who helped us. We told him what we were looking at and we took it for a test drive. He sat in the back and told us about the previous owner, the car, it's features, etc. I felt as though he did all he could to get us the best deal. When we went to finance, it was a smooth process. We were able to leave and get lunch and come back to sign the paperwork.

Working with Stan Housh is a breeze! I knew what I wanted and Stan arranged to get the vehicle and have it ready just as promised. I had a few phone calls and text back and forth with Stan getting details necessary for the purchase and delivery, but everything was low key and no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership for delivery the finance manager had me in and out of his office very quickly with no high pressure tactics. He did present all of our options, but did not pressure for the up sell. The experience was much better than other dealership offices I've been in in my 63 years. A couple of follow up calls with office personnel were like visiting with my next door neighbor - very friendly and casual. We have purchased from Stan previously and spent more time just visiting with Stan catching up than we did on the actual purchase deal. Which is the complete opposite of past car buying experiences with other sales people and dealerships. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

I drove from Nashville to pick up a used truck. I worked with Jennifer Medina and John Carpenter. Both were GREAT to work with and made the experience worthwhile. They answered all my questions in advance of me deciding to make the trip, and upon arrival, I found that all of the answers they provided were wholly accurate and spot on.
I do not live close enough to have any service done there, but the folks in service that I met were prompt and professional. A key fob had to programmed, and they made this process a top priority so I could get back on the road.
John "Carp" Carpenter helped me resolve all finance and warranty questions prior to arrival, and Jennifer was completely honest and very responsive.
I will check out their inventory if I need another vehicle.

Purchased a 2016 Ford F350 Platinum truck from this dealership. Upon arrival to look over the truck I found all interior parts behind rear seat missing. The company agreed to purchase all parts then to have them sent to my home address in Kansas. Weeks went by without parts being delivered. Parts arrived and there were missing and broken parts. Once I cleaned the truck out, I found air fresheners stuffed under the seats, in the air vents and behind the seats. Once removed the truck was clearly smoked in and I was very dissatisfied. Months later, I found under the truck where a front end impact had occurred. With attempted frame repairs and multiple other issues that were caused by this impact. Contacted dealership and they had me take the truck to my local Laird Noller Ford dealership for an evaluation. I was provided a estimate of approximately $3,000 to make necessary repairs. After contacting the Fenton Ford Dealership it was nearly impossible to actually speak with the General Manager, I find out they have had multiple Managers that have been replaced multiple times from the time of my purchase. So I have to start over with my issue time and time again. After months of dealing with the different managers, they simply washed their hands of this issue insisting this is not their problem. My local ford dealership also explained to me that the welds that were made on the frame were clearly there for a long time. As well as spray painted over as a potential cover up. As a customer, I spent $44,000 on a truck that had issues. Their company claims the truck went through a preowned inspection which is hard to believe, when I (a non mechanic) was able to find this issue on my own. Then for the company to not offer to make it right by any means necessary, take months to get me an answer, and to deal with many different managers, it seems like a very dishonest company that is not professional what so ever. I have attempted to have the dealership make repairs, trade my truck back into them, and to return for a refund. No manager I have spoke with is willing to work with me what so ever. Requested to speak the matter over with the business owner. Have been waiting weeks to hear from them.
