It was a wonderful experience to deal with Zeck Ford Oklahoma in Purcell and more so to have Taylor as our consultant. Taylor was cordial, engaged and got us exactly what we needed even though the vehicle we chose was in Kansas. Zeck Ford transported the vehicle to OK and we were able to get everything done in a very short time. I originally went to Metro to look at a Prius but later found out that it had sold just before I got a chance to look at it. I met with Giovanni and made a list of all my needs for a used car. Giovanni showed me multiple cars that I denied but continued to shop for me over the span of about 2 weeks until he found me the perfect car! I had a very strict budget and Giovanni worked VERY hard with his managers to buy my trade and get me into the new-to-me car at a price that I was comfortable with. I called to verify if a vehicle I saw on CarGurus was available. While on the phone I asked if the price listed on the app was correct at 32,989 and all of the details. Overnight the price was raised 1k and I called again before leaving from Noble and making the 2 hour drive to the car lot. I talked to the manager Otis to see if they would uphold the price listed when I made my appointment and came to a agreement. Upon arrival the salesman named Mike Kennedy informed me the the real price of the vehicle is 39,989 and that there was no way possible to bring the price down to the price it was listed when I made my appointment. So in turn if you find a great deal for a vehicle you’ve been looking for and make the trip it’s on you. They show that they have absolutely ZERO remorse in telling you a price and then changing it. This car lot is full of crooks and swindlers.

Poor Communication and Troubleshooting skills - Badpig521
I have a 2016 Ford F250 diesel and the check engine light came on. The first time, I was told it was a "fluke" thing with the DPF. 2nd time it came on, I was told it needed an update. Now the 3rd time the check engine light came on I dropped it off on Thursday morning, Jan 17, 2019. I was told Friday the 18th, it was the DPF heater and they did not have the part but the part should be in Monday or Tuesday. Thursday the 24th, I had to call and find out the part did not come in the day it should have but have it now. "I would be called". Friday morning the 25th I called and was told it should be done and they would call me. No call. Saturday the 26th, I call and was told the diesel mechanic was not there. Here I am having to make arrangements to get to and from work. I understand parts to do not show up and I understand workload; however, I do not understand the lack of communication with Ford vehicle owners. Nor do I understand the lack of troubleshooting skills after 3 check engine lights. Its obvious that when my warranty runs out, I will not be going to this dealership. In fact, I think I may just take it to a different Ford dealer.

As always, I received excellent service at Charles Allen Ford. My 2005 Ford Escape (with over 245,000 miles!!) validates the confidence I have in Neil and Luther in the Service Department to keep my cherished vehicle in great working order as I continue to drive long distances without worry. They have taken care of my Escape since it’s purchase, and I hope to continue driving it till at least 250,000 miles...and beyond??
Any new problem is always explained and discussed thoroughly, answering any question I might have. I am confident that should I ever have a question or concern, I can always trust Jim Allen, Neil, or Luther to address it and take care of it.

This place treats the customer like they are liars until the recalls start pounding the Internet! Then it’s we can schedule you for 6 weeks down the road before we can fix it! Meanwhile I’m driving a potential fatal accident waiting to happen and they are the one who don’t give a xxxx! So yeah my next vehicle I buy which it must be time cause they have got nerve sending me crap in the mail! You are positively the very last company and I mean state wide! That I’ll NEVER BE buying anything from again! Good Riddance ! Don’t bother calling cause ya won’t get any answer.

I bought a $70k very nice truck from them. The water pump went out and they wouldn’t put in another vehicle for over a week, but that’s not the fine print. I got Tires For Life on this truck. The snake who had me sign told me to get my oil changed done on time AT A FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT and then get tires when I needed them. So now that I need tires, they say no way!! I didn’t get all my oil changes at their service center!! Pretty convenient to say that now that I need tires! Take your business to a dealership who values you and goes out of their way for their customers- this place hasn’t for me at all..... And yes, I dug through the 30 papers to find my Tires For Life paper and it does say that in fine print.... then got to looking and was charged for things I didn’t ask for. So beware of the fine print!!!! Go somewhere else

Bought a 2014 Ford Escape from them. Had trouble getting my laser/remote keys for vehicle. They claimed to have lost them. Tried to sell me more keys. When I threatened to back out of the purchase suddenly they "found the keys in the back. They tried the same thing with friend who bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze. Never have I had trouble getting my keys when purchasing a used vehicle before this.
My vehicle is a lemon. After a month and a half it started popping "cylinder 2 misfire codes false P1299's which shut the engine off even in the fast lane of the interstate. I had to replace the USB cable in the cockpit myself because the service department could not find why my phone would not sync. I am a retired computer field serve engineer. I suggested the USB cable as a probable cause and yet they did not check it.

Traded in car and have had numerous citations sent to me for vehicle infractions after trade in date. The latest is an impound yard out in California. Talked to sales manage and he said it was my responsibility to take off the plates and they wholesale the car out and the wholesaler should have taken off plates. He said he would call wholesaler and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago

I booked an appointment for oil change with the oil change center and I got there 30 minutes early. After two hours and asking several times to the oil change manager he finally “found” my paperwork and proceeded to make me wait another hour because “I lost my place in line”
