I went in to just look at was was available not really expecting to be able to buy something that day but Enrique Villagran was very helpful and found me a very nice SUV. I held off on purchasing the vehicle on the first look in order to talk with my bank about it and Enrique was patient with me and kept me informed about the availability of the vehicle and also what their finance department could do for me. He wasn't ever pushy. He was sure to go above and beyond what I have known to expect from a car buying experience. I will definitely recommend him and the company to others for a new or used car! Only thing I ask is that the vehicle weight be put on the title. I’m a buyer from TX and had to get my car weighed for registration.

Three weeks ago on Monday afternoon, I decided to look into trading my old Explorer for a new one. Olivia found exactly what I was looking for by Tuesday morning. It was here, and I picked it up on Wednesday afternoon.
It was great. No pressure to buy what was on the lot versus finding the car that fits me. Olivia found out what I wanted (and what I didn't) and went to work to find MY car. Then Robert made the financing as painless as possible. He walked me thru the paperwork and answered all of my questions.
This is my third new car from Doenges Ford in Bartlesville, and I always bring them back to Andrew for all of my service needs.
The staff is great. Olivia made shopping personal and fun, Robert handled the paperwork in record time and Andrew is always a cheerful smile in the service lane. I have even had repair work completed in the body shop, and they were wonderful to work with as well.

Quick and easy fix for my Ford - Louise Cox
I was in town just for a weekend/wedding. I stopped by this dealership to see if someone could fix my rearview mirror from vibrating when I drove. I had to replace a broken windshield a couple of months ago and replaced the mirror myself twice trying to get it to be stationary like it was before. I used the correct glue but could not understand why the mirror kept shaking; it was driving me nuts. I stopped in about 1 pm on Saturday, August 13, and the young man said he knew what the problem was. He removed the mirror and then within 10 minutes came back out and reattached it to the windshield. He said a small metal piece on the mirror itself had been bent down, so he adjusted it. This was the 3rd place I had been to but the only place that knew what to do. He took care of my problem and I was in and out of there within 15". No charge either! I am very happy with it and the mirror no longer vibrates. Thanks so much!

This is the only dealership that really knows how to work on trucks. They have a master certified tech and a Sr. Master Certified tech. Ask any other dealer around if they have that? We took our truck to two other dealers and it was gonna cost thousands to fix, and the two techs at Woody fixed my truck in a day and cost me $500.

Called and spoke with the sales manager to try to get them to purchase a vehicle from another dealership because I wanted to buy from Seth Wadley. He tried but it didn’t work. Seth Wadley ended up having two vehicles I could look at. Turned out one of them was the color I was wanting and after a short test drive and some willing and dealing I purchased the truck. Robert and Matt were both willing to work with me. Only negative would be the paperwork process takes forever.

We drove 5 hours to OKC after making contact with our sale person @ Metro. The F-150 King Ranch was as advertised and we were able to agree on a price. In February of this year my family and I were in the market for a vehicle following an accident that totaled our family van. After researching numerous dealers we decided on Seth Wadley due to some recommendations and looking at the seth wadley promise. At first we had no issues, we started the papers with Kaley, and specifically stated that we wanted the extended warranty which would bring our bumper to bumper out to 100k miles. A week after signing we were told that they were able to get a better payment for us and would need to resign the papers. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the papers to our house as to not load all the kids up and inconvenience us. One day as I was filing papers away I took the time to review and could not find where the extended warranty was located. Last month I contacted Kaley and asked if in fact we did have it and she stated yes,that she saw it in her copies...she was nice enough to say she would have accounting send me a copy so that I could see where. One month later still nothing. After numerous messages for someone, anyone to help with this issue I have filled a BBB complaint. Do not waste your time with this dealer, you would have better luck with a small no name dealership...talk about a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I made an appointment at Ada FENTON Ford on Wednesday 5/23/18 at 10 am to sell my 2014 F350 farm truck to them. A young saleswoman named Hailey helped me go through the paperwork, she did her job as far as I'm concerned. The appraiser looked over my truck finished filling in paperwork and then made me an offer of $18,000. I agreed and shook hands with him. It's now almost noon and I'm still waiting on the paperwork to be completed. My father comes from Shawnee to pick me up after I tell him we are waiting on finalization and we go to lunch after our saleswoman says it could take as long as an hour. It's now 1:15 when we come back. I text Hailey, her GM Al Lewis calls her and no answer. I finally get tired of waiting and go to the office of the finance manager and ask what the hold up is. He says, " we have over bought this month and we don't have the money to purchase your truck."
I ask him why the xxxx not? I also tell him he's wasted my entire day, cost me $40 bucks in fuel to drive over there and wasted my fathers time and money as well. I tell him he has already made the deal with me and it's not my problem you didn't check first before shaking my hand. It's now 2pm. He tells me there is a dealer in OKEMAH that wants my truck for $18k. OKEMAH is an hour and a half from my home. After gathering up my things and telling them how horrible i think they are I get in my truck and leave with my father following behind me. As soon as I leave I call back and ask to speak to the GM AL LEWIS. He finally answers the phone and I explain to him what happened and he say to me, " I knew nothing about this, Let me look into it and call you right back." It's now 3pm and I'm writing this review that I hope goes straight to BRAD FENTON and I hope that he fixes the xxxxty employee that work there. I 'm a very busy person and they took advantage of my time. They are also liars who look you in the eye and shake your hand without a second thought and then do the exact opposite. Thanks for nothing and thank you for opening my eyes to yet another xxxxty FORD dealership.

Drove 120 miles + to look at used car for son. Scott and Jeff were excellent. They immediately promised to fix some items on the car that didn’t appear in online pictures and they did an excellent job repairing items and getting car delivered more than halfway to me once it was ready. Could not ask for better experience.

I drove 6 hrs to this dealer and thought I got a fair deal. 2 Weeks later ,went to install goose neck hitch in bed of truck and pulled out the slide in plastic liner and found 3 big dents and most of the paint rubbed off front of the bed rail. I took it to a body shop and was told it would be $1000.00 to repair. They said it needed done before rust started. The pics online didn't show a liner but never thought twice about having damage , cause the truck had only 11600 miles ,and some like a liner right away. But I feel they did it on purpose to hide damage to get more for truck. I will not be referring anyone to this dealer.

I was going through a rough patch in my life and I needed a car. The dealership knowing this took advantage of me and let me take several cars for a test drive. I told them my limit and asked for a car which I could afford. I picked out the car I thought was perfect but soon found out I was taken advantage of. I put a large down payment down to get my car payment lowered and so I would not have to have as much left to pay. I noticed at first my finances were off and I contacted the salesman who helped me. He assured me that he would get it taken care of. He lied. I still have never had any of my down payment applied to my car when on the original documents it showed where they would be applied. He put it on my final documents but also added a $2500 cleaning and detailing fee to the top! When I received my car it still had fries and toys from the family before. It also has transmission problems that they did not state when I purchased it. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A VEHICLE!
