Three weeks ago on Monday afternoon, I decided to look into trading my old Explorer for a new one. Olivia found exactly what I was looking for by Tuesday morning. It was here, and I picked it up on Wednesday afternoon.
It was great. No pressure to buy what was on the lot versus finding the car that fits me. Olivia found out what I wanted (and what I didn't) and went to work to find MY car. Then Robert made the financing as painless as possible. He walked me thru the paperwork and answered all of my questions.

This is the only dealership that really knows how to work on trucks. They have a master certified tech and a Sr. Master Certified tech. Ask any other dealer around if they have that? We took our truck to two other dealers and it was gonna cost thousands to fix, and the two techs at Woody fixed my truck in a day and cost me $500.

Once again it was an easy negotiation. In addition (since a lot of years had passed since my last purchase), I was pleasantly surprised to see everything was computerized which made the closing process much faster.

Called and spoke with the sales manager to try to get them to purchase a vehicle from another dealership because I wanted to buy from Seth Wadley. He tried but it didn’t work. Seth Wadley ended up having two vehicles I could look at. Turned out one of them was the color I was wanting and after a short test drive and some willing and dealing I purchased the truck. Robert and Matt were both willing to work with me. Only negative would be the paperwork process takes forever.

In February of this year my family and I were in the market for a vehicle following an accident that totaled our family van. After researching numerous dealers we decided on Seth Wadley due to some recommendations and looking at the seth wadley promise. At first we had no issues, we started the papers with Kaley, and specifically stated that we wanted the extended warranty which would bring our bumper to bumper out to 100k miles. A week after signing we were told that they were able to get a better payment for us and would need to resign the papers. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the papers to our house as to not load all the kids up and inconvenience us. One day as I was filing papers away I took the time to review and could not find where the extended warranty was located. Last month I contacted Kaley and asked if in fact we did have it and she stated yes,that she saw it in her copies...she was nice enough to say she would have accounting send me a copy so that I could see where. One month later still nothing. After numerous messages for someone, anyone to help with this issue I have filled a BBB complaint. Do not waste your time with this dealer, you would have better luck with a small no name dealership...talk about a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I was going through a rough patch in my life and I needed a car. The dealership knowing this took advantage of me and let me take several cars for a test drive. I told them my limit and asked for a car which I could afford. I picked out the car I thought was perfect but soon found out I was taken advantage of. I put a large down payment down to get my car payment lowered and so I would not have to have as much left to pay. I noticed at first my finances were off and I contacted the salesman who helped me. He assured me that he would get it taken care of. He lied. I still have never had any of my down payment applied to my car when on the original documents it showed where they would be applied. He put it on my final documents but also added a $2500 cleaning and detailing fee to the top! When I received my car it still had fries and toys from the family before. It also has transmission problems that they did not state when I purchased it. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A VEHICLE!

Drove 120 miles + to look at used car for son. Scott and Jeff were excellent. They immediately promised to fix some items on the car that didn’t appear in online pictures and they did an excellent job repairing items and getting car delivered more than halfway to me once it was ready. The windshield pillar trim flew off my car! I call the Ford dealership service center, after all it should be an easy fix. I researched the part, which cost around 90 bucks and when I looked it up only takes a little bit to put on. I asked Ronnie and he said yea just take it in because we have a lot going on and at least this way it will be done. I call them, I spoke to John and made an appointment for Friday at 1. he asked me to call first to make sure the part was there. Friday came, I called and John said the part was there how ever there were so many guys out with the flu they couldn't do it but would set me up for Monday same time, no problem. I take my Explorer in on Monday and drop it off, I get back to work and they call me. John said I'm sorry I ordered the right part and it is in the right box but it is wrong. I said no problem I'll be there to pick my car up in a little while. I go back and get it and he said bring it back the next morning and they will get me set up. Tuesday morning came, I call to make sure they have the right part, yup , bring it in. I drop the car off and he said he would call me and they do. I go in at lunch to pick it up. Ronnie took me so I asked that he not go in because I was afraid he would loose his temper for all the hassle we have had so far. he said ok and told me to look at it first before I pay, he watched me from the truck The plastic piece was on there but it was loose and popped up so I Ronnie tells me I better go tell them, I was like you can, he said no you have to handle it. I go and get John and he said are you here to pick it up and I said yup but first I need you to come look at it, he saw the issue and Ronnie walked back in with us. John said Mrs. P. I really appreciate you being so nice thew all of this and if you bring your car back tomorrow I will fill your tank up for you for all this hassle, Ronnie said well you needed to do something this is ridiculous. Wednesday came, I take my car in before work because I don't want to miss anymore time and leave my car again. this time it was almost 2 before they called. John said your car is ready. I said great, John can you do me a huge favor and go and look at it yourself just to make sure it is good and really ready to go. he said Oh I did and it looks really good. I said great I'll see you after work. Ronnie takes me back, for those that are counting this is 6 trips to Roberts auto center, I asked Ronnie to just take care of it, he said no you wanted to handle this, just look at it real good before you go in. He watches me from the truck, I look at it for a second and head inside, he hollers is it fixed, when I turned to look back at him I was about to burst into tears! He bailed out of the truck and looks, it it on there and it broken...... I cried I just want my car fixed. Ronnie went straight to red and said I will get it fixed for you and this place can xxxx off, we go in and there is no one at the desk then a man walks in and Ronnie said we need her keys, we are leaving and are not going to give you a dime. the man looked confused and then we went back out to my car and he glanced and was like I'm so sorry, this is not right we can get this done right and took some pictures of it. Ronnie said this is our third day and sixth trip, we are done. He said a few other things then ended them with I need her keys now I'm done. The guy said I understand lets go get them. I stayed by my car and after a few minutes Ronnie came back out and we left, I'm sure Ronnie gave them an ear full. He gets in his truck and I get the Explorer and we head out. He called me as we left and asked did they fill your car up like they said they would, I looked down and was like nope but they didn't fix my car like they said they would either! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!

Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln of Edmond charged me $5000 for a warranty on a used car, an amount that it turns out is in violation of consumer protection laws. When I brought this before their attention, their manager acted completely arrogant, blaming the problem on me because I’d agreed to the purchase, despite the fact that they had fraudulently overcharged me. Joe Cooper also made sure to sell my trade-in vehicle ASAP so that it won’t be available to me after my case goes to court, which it most certainly will. I wouldn’t touch Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln with a ten-foot pole. I hope as many consumers read this as possible - don’t go to Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln of Edmond. They will try to rip you off every which way they can. They will even break the law to do it, as they did in my case.
