Working with Stan Housh is a breeze! I knew what I wanted and Stan arranged to get the vehicle and have it ready just as promised. I had a few phone calls and text back and forth with Stan getting details necessary for the purchase and delivery, but everything was low key and no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership for delivery the finance manager had me in and out of his office very quickly with no high pressure tactics. He did present all of our options, but did not pressure for the up sell. The experience was much better than other dealership offices I've been in in my 63 years. A couple of follow up calls with office personnel were like visiting with my next door neighbor - very friendly and casual. We have purchased from Stan previously and spent more time just visiting with Stan catching up than we did on the actual purchase deal. Which is the complete opposite of past car buying experiences with other sales people and dealerships. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

Since then on two separate occasions I have been scheduled for a test drive and the vehicle is not AVAILABLE when we show up for the test drive. This is xxxxxxxx. What you are doing is close to bait and switch. I am very unhappy and will never again shop there, and I will let as many people know you guys are rip off artist. Very disappointing. ZERO STARS.

I took my 2019 Ford Expedition to the dealer for AC service. It wasn't cooling and it's 100° in Oklahoma. After waiting 12 days for them to look at it, I'm told it's working fine and the technician can't find anything wrong with it. I go to pick up my car and turn on the air as I'm leaving, in 98° heat, and the air is hotter than the Temps outside. I call and ask if they are sure they looked at it and I'm told it was absolutely looked at by their technician. The next day I took it to a tire shop that also does some car repairs. Within 15 minutes they tell me it needs freon but the type is different from what they use because it's a newer type of freon and I should take it to the dealer as they would have that type. After telling them about the terrible service at Fowler Ford they called around and found another shop to take my vehicle to for service. I will say, Cody at Fowler Ford was polite and professional and had he been a technician I'm sure he would have found the problem

I have a 2017 F250 with the 6.7L diesel. About 6 weeks ago the turbo failed. It took Wilmes Ford over a week to repair it. Shortly after I picked it up the 'check engine light' came on again. I took it back to Wilmes and was told they had no one to work on diesel trucks. It took over two weeks to get the truck back in for service at Wilmes and another ten days to get my truck back. I left the dealership and again the 'check engine light' came on. This time I was told the EGR valve had failed. But, again, they couldn't fix it. A week later a new technician was hired and I was told my truck would be repaired as soon as he got situated. The new tech started a week ago. Still nothing from the service manager re: getting my truck in for repair. This is the third time I've had this truck in for the same issue. This dealership has the worst service department I've seen in almost 40 years of buying Ford trucks.

I recently purchased a 2021 F-150 from Fenton Ford. I can honestly say that it was a totally pleasant experience, unlike other dealerships I have purchased from in Texas & Oklahoma. I reached out to 30 dealerships trying to find one that would order me a truck for the best price & not add a bunch of hidden fees when it's time to finalize the deal. Brian Cowart was my salesman & I cannot emphasize enough what a honest & straight forward guy he is & was always quick to respond to any questions I had. He didn't play any of the typical games that salesmen like to play & we made all the decisions over the phone. Brian did not try to get me to come into the dealership before I placed my order like many other dealerships did. Some salesmen would not even give me a price by phone. He was exceptional in helping me select options to meet my needs & save me money. The F & I guy, Jonathan Mundy was very honest & did not try to pressure me into any services that I did not want. He was very helpful in helping me choose a Ford Extended Service Plan which I wanted because of all the new technologies on these new vehicles & how long I keep my vehicles. Jonathan offered the ESP at a price that was equal to or better than what I had found online & I did not have to deal with an online vendor, which can sometimes be scary. The ESP at Fenton could be financed into the loan if needed, which cannot be done with online ESP vendors. I had an awesome experience with Fenton Ford & they will always be my go-to dealership in the future. If you are interested in doing business with honest people that don't play games & will save you more than enough money to drive to Ada, give this dealership a try.

After conducting my research on the used car inventory across the OKC metro, I settled on a vehicle that was at this dealership.
I sent inquiries about the vehicle to the dealership and was assured it was still available. So I started off on my 1.5 hour drive to the dealership.
Sometime well after my departure, I received a text from someone at the dealership notifying me the vehicle had sold. Since I was driving, I didn’t bother reading this text. Furthermore, it wasn’t until after I met with the salesperson at the dealership that I checked my texts. What I found irritating was the salesperson didn’t even know the vehicle had sold. In fact, he even told me the vehicle was on hold to another customer. He suggested I pay a couple hundred down on the vehicle and come back the next day for my test drive. All of this when the vehicle had not sold earlier in the day, but LAST WEEK!!
I can’t imagine running a business in this manner. Nobody that I talked to seemed to actually know what was going on. I feel like I am doing a public service by urging others to steer clear of buying a vehicle at Seth Wadley Ford.

Took our Expedition there twice for CPO warranty work. Both times were stressful and a fight. The first time the service manager was, according to him, putting the required work into the computer in the wrong order so it wasn’t showing that it was covered by warranty. We went round and round til he found his mistake (when the warranty says hubs are covered, seems logical they are covered). Second time, they replaced gaskets to stop a coolant leak. When we got the car home, the coolant leaked like a waterfall. They discovered the gasket was twisted. Once they corrected it, no apology, nothing for our time, but a side comment that we should have paid another deductible for something. My impression is that they are either overwhelmed, or they don’t care. Didn’t care to fix it right, didn’t care to make sure we got the coverage we were due, and really seemed to want to milk us for money. We found a new service provider.

(chip and windshield that was there when I took possession of my new car). I called to verify if a vehicle I saw on CarGurus was available. While on the phone I asked if the price listed on the app was correct at 32,989 and all of the details. Overnight the price was raised 1k and I called again before leaving from Noble and making the 2 hour drive to the car lot. I talked to the manager Otis to see if they would uphold the price listed when I made my appointment and came to a agreement. Upon arrival the salesman named Mike Kennedy informed me the the real price of the vehicle is 39,989 and that there was no way possible to bring the price down to the price it was listed when I made my appointment. So in turn if you find a great deal for a vehicle you’ve been looking for and make the trip it’s on you. They show that they have absolutely ZERO remorse in telling you a price and then changing it. This car lot is full of crooks and swindlers.
