I have come in twice and both times have been treated with professional people in every way. Olenia (my spelling may be wrong) was so pleasant and helpful. Also John outstanding in supplying the info I needed and was so correct in his info. Also the manager, Brandon, was helpful this time as well as when I was in a couple of weeks ago. Rear air suspension collapsed. They looked at the car quickly and advised as to the cost of repairs on the same day. Took a day to get replacement parts and a day to fix. Service was excellent and very pleasant service personnel to communicate with.

Mike in the service department kept me informed of the progress of the engine replacement. When I returned to pick up my suv Alisia (sp) helped me out with the charges and got me back to my car quickly. I also want to thank Lisa for allowing me to rent a car for the almost 6 weeks that it took for the repairs

Ford truck oil change - Got oil changed with the 18 or 21 point inspection, whatever they do. Said everything was fine. Within two days the front brake pad was grinding on the rotor. Oops, guess when tey checked the brake pads, and yes that was part of the inspection, they did not really inspect the brakes.
Lincoln brake problem - Rear brakes worn prematurely, under warranty, service guy replaced brake pads and said there must be something wrong with the calipers, when I asked if he ordered new calipers he gave me that deer in the headlight look, like it never occurred to him. New calipers ordered, car was in the shop an extra two days. I would give this dealership a negative rating if I could.

We pulled into Burns Oregon on 7/2/2015. Our water pump was out on our diesel truck. We were in a time crunch to get to Texas by the fifth. We drove to Burns Ford at 7:30 am. The owner of the dealership assured us he could take care of it. The mechanic arrived at 8:00 and promptly assessed our situation. They got to work immediately and we pulled out of the dealership by noon. This was a scary situation considering we were on the eve of the Fourth of July. We could not have asked for any better service. If I lived closer I would purchase my next vehicle from them. Thanks for saving our lives Burns Ford of Oregon.
