I took my car to Lithia, and I was in and out in under 2 hours; I couldn't be happier. I feel like my car drives better (not really sure how to explain this). Overall, I am very satisfied with my service from Frank Thrift. Frank was extremely helpful, and gave me all the details that I needed. I had a recall completed and the customer service was great. My favorite aspect of the dealership is their prompt and polite service. I appreciate the clean and cozy environment to wait if it's a shorter visit. The prices here are higher compared to a non dealership, so I only bring my car in for a service if it is necessary to be done by the Dealer. But as far as customer service and nice environment, prompt and polite interactions - I have always had a good experience.

Was sold a"Wentworthless" contract for $599 Now questionable - Foster mom
When I purchased my new car, I was upsold a Resistall clean car service contract, good over 5 years.
The pitch was that as a foster parent of 3 kids who might spill on the fabric, it would be a great investment. Resistall has gone out of business. I have gone in personally, as requested. I was told someone would call me back. I have called, gone online and still NO ONE is communicating with me. Today, the service dept. line rang 10 times before going into voice mail.
My car is in the service center being cared for. I was given a ride home and they will collect me when the car is ready. It took awhile, but they made good their promise. Thank you Wentworth for now being "Worthwhile!"
The rest of the story: I collected my car today, 2/21, and can see no change of a cleaner interior. Since my car has 4 years of use... I give up. Maybe they tried or just "shined me on."

Scheduled for simple detail and when I got there, there was no tech available. Got rescheduled, again same thing happened after an hour waiting. Both times got stuck in traffic on the way back and forth so I was pretty upset. They gave me a loaner car the second time with an almost empty tank. When I get my car back, they don't have the courtesy of refilling the gas or reimburse the gas expense even after I mentioned that over the phone.

Dont recommend going to this dealership for any service. I've had one oil change that was done incorrectly and had to go back a few weeks later to have the oil topped off due to low oil level. I've found various broken pieces of plastic around the air filter box and intake along with oil caps left in the engine bay. Then to top it all off I had a wheel bearing replaced a few months after I bought my used vehicle from them and I'm am now having the same bearing replaced 14 months later when all of the factory bearings on the other wheels are just fine and now they are refusing to warranty the part unless I drive it ( with an unsafe wheel bearing that has caused brake pressure issues while turning sharp left ) from the other dealer to theirs so they can work something out with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to have your car in the shop most of its life.

I bought my 2016 fusion from a very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and the sales manager worked with me to get me in to my car. A few months later I came in for a tire rotation and balance of my tires. Shortly after this service I noticed a bouncing in my rear tires and a noise that was getting louder and louder. I made a appointment for it to be checked out and they found that the alignment was off, the tires were out of balance, and these new tires were nearly warn out on the inside. This alignment and balancing issue should have been noticed during the rotation. They put new tires on and alignment, as well as gave me a rental so I could get my son to school. This was such an amazing example of customer service and made me a customer for life. I will refer them to everyone. Thank you so much gentry Ford!

I had to have my camera system checked recently. They were very helpful in scheduling this, and in helping to satisfy my insurance claim requirements. When my cameras did not have to be recalibrated, they just charged a minimal fee, even though it seems they spent longer on the service. They had a clean, courteous shuttle to get back to work. I have always had a good service experience there.
