We hauled my vehicle over to Newberg on Sunday afternoon. Let a message on the drop of envelope. I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

This is the second car we have purchased from this dealership. We are very happy with both experiences. We were helped by Luis who was friendly and on top of everything. I felt that he was understanding and representing our needs both with the vehicle we wanted and by making things easy while working with the dealership. He called himself a "customer advocate" and I believe that he lived up to the name. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a vehicle. In addition, Andy, the finance person was wonderful as well. We came in with a pre-approved loan option but he checked to see if it was the best deal for us. He found a loan for us that was at least 2 interest points lower than the deal we had walking in. I will absolutely go back to this dealership for future purchases. Thanks Guys!!

We were looking to purchase a used Toyota 4runner, looking online we came across a great deal at Sheppard Motors Hyundai in Eugene Oregon. We contacted the dealership and dealt with a salesman by the name of Jose Sanchez who was very professional and friendly. We drove to Eugene from Salem and Jose met us at the front door with a smile and laid back positive attitude. We are both a bit of a smartass and Jose was able to join in a little while staying professional. My wife really stresses about car shopping so this made it so easy and made her comfortable. I been to other dealerships that push sales for electronics and gadgets. Some were push to buy now. 82nd Auto Mall is family oriented and treats people with respect. This company does not push for sales, but sees you feel comfortable in your selection. No pushing to sell electrics or gadgets here. They answered all my questions honestly which I was pleased with After making my selection of my choice, test drive vehicle and fell in love with my selection. Jimmy was extremely helpful in showing me not only the vehicle but allowing me for time to look over thoroughly at motor and under vehicle. Jimmy worked hard to get the price adjustments at a price I can say yes to. After all said and done, I drove out with a vehicle I am very proud of. Thank to Jimmy and team, I will never shop another dealership again

Copied from my Google review: An absolutely fantastic experience. Luke was wonderful to work with, responsive, understanding, and was able to provide the level of detail I was looking for. He did an excellent job adapting to my never-ending list of requests and orchestrated the car getting to Matrix Integrated for a PPI in a very timely manner. Jack did exactly everything he said he would. The deal process was fair enough for me and Jack made me feel like I was getting a win on the car and on the additional product I purchased. The car was ready and waiting for me at the lower level exit, prepped in the center of the launch ramp in immaculate condition. The showrooms themselves are worth a visit for no other reason than to admire the beauty of the vehicles. Rare Porsches, rare Ferraris, immaculate Land Rovers, and a few other prime examples are wonderfully displayed in a manner that says "importance" but also that reminds buyers that these vehicles are well within the domain of the dealership. My wife and I spent just under an hour in the dealership total. Luke and Jack prepared everything to be ready and waiting when we arrived as I had requested. The signing, the delivery, and the sendoff were wonderfully prepared. Overall, the experience was flawless from start to finish. Bravo, Grand Prix Team. I plan on being back.
