Wow, where to begin! It was a hot summer day, temps were up above a hundo. We arrived at southern Oregon Subaru with not intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, but Jason Kuykendall and the gang had other plans. We spotted the ride we were interested in and Jason passed me the keys. After about 15 donuts in the back parking lot we headed out to the interstate where we raced anything willing to mash the gas pedal. Went 8-0 that day against an array of so called competition. We then made our way back to the dealership to slap some ink on paper to solidify the deal! Now we are the proud owners of a 25' Subaru ascent that is in dire need of new tires! Thanks for making it the best car deal we have ever done!

To be honest I was not impressed by Fords service in the pass, I found them very cold and uncaring. But I wanted to give them one more try. I WAS DO SURPRISED at the difference, Valentina was a joy to work with, she listened to my problem and that I wanted the 30,000 mile service too. The car runs like a top and I will differentiately come come back in the future. Valentina and her team were outstanding. I was a manager with over 25 years service departments. Thank you Ford.

We bought our Outback from Lithia Subaru a number of years ago, before moving to Central Oregon. We have had nothing but issues with the dealership over here. They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!

Earlier I posted a negative review on how I was treated by a salesman named Justin Alger who did treat me with disrespect and was very pushy with a lot of pressure to buy an older Toyota Tundra with 190 thousand miles on it and he tried to force me to buy it with high pressure tactics which I for one hate. My wife was there to pick me up and witnessed what Justin was doing. The sales Manager Ted Mikel's was also trying to make a deal with me not knowing how Justin was treating us, so I felt I was being pressured by both Justin and ted. But I realized Ted didn't see how Justin was acting towards us, and I left a negative review for the whole dealership because at the time I was upset at the way I was treated by Justin. I was wrong to write a negative review about the dealership as a whole and do apologize to the owner Brad, Ted and the rest of the staff at Grants Pass Toyota, for the rest of the staff have been friendly and kind to us for the rest of them have been good to us and have made every effort to give us a good deal. I do recommend Highly Grants Pass Toyota and I hope Justin will show more respect towards potential customers and have more patience rather than High Pressure tactic.

We tried for Portland BMW for a simple service for the first time. It was the worst service experience we ever had. After dropping off the car for a routine service, I struggled and had to call several times, talked to 4 people and finally was able to pick up my car. All, as it turns out, because the service contact, Nick T., had taken the afternoon off. Absolutely frustrating! We will go back to driving further and using Beaverton's Kuni BMW. To add to the frustration, I keep getting texts from their automated SMS asking about the experience while ignoring the responses. If their sham of a feedback request is not working, I hope at least this review helps potential future customers stay away from this establishment and avoid the frustration we experienced.

I have now purchased two Ram's at this dealership. It has been a pleasure working with Danny Lucero and Jeremy Dehaven through both processes. After losing my last truck to a drunk driver, Danny did everything he could to ensure I recovered my warranty money and any other returnable payments. From there, they both put in a ton of effort in finding and securing my next vehicle. Working with these guys is an honest process, you don't have to play the game with them. Jeremy carries a load of insight on vehicles, and he is willing to use that insight to help the buyer. He is honest about what he sees and feels within the vehicle you are looking to purchase, and will fine tune it to your request. Danny is a man of integrity and heart, and he will fight for your best interest. If he sniffs a better deal or situation for the buyer, he will not hold that knowledge back. Took my 2023 Ram 1500 to Dick's Dodge Ram of Wilsonville twice to repair the left turn signal - under recall. They never fixed it. Cost me 4 uber rides. Took the truck to Tonkin Dodge Ram and they fixed it the first time. Will not be going back to Dick's Dodge Ram again.
