This is the fourth Acura I purchased from this dealer. I had the pleasant opportunity to work with Bob Ruhe. He made buying this Acura a fun experience. From the test drive to trading in two cars for a new one everything went perfectly. Bob has a super friendly personality, is very knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any questions I had. He went over the features of the car thoroughly before handing over the keys. Bob even kept in touch a few days after the purchase to see how things were going with the car, answered some questions for me, and offered to be available if there were any further questions or concerns. I will gladly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a new car. He was a real joy to work with. Adam in the finance department also made buying this car a pleasant experience. I know it’s a dealership and you will always pay a premium to get any work done at a dealership, but the pricing is beyond ridiculous. To get billed, and at the most absurd hourly rate, for hours that were not even put into the job is robbery! I cannot believe you guys get away with what you are doing. I called Acura service department and had my car picked up and delivered for replacing my auto tires. This was a great experience since it was easy to arrange and convenient for me. The workers who picked up my car from home were wearing masks and gloves which shows they believe in following the CDC guidelines. Also, my car was washed and the inside deep cleaned which was a pleasant surprise. I suggest you support your local Acura dealer during these rough times.

John Fletcher was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was one of most pleasant car buying experiences we've had, and although the vehicle has been with us only 24 hours it appears as good as we imagined. This is our third Acura MDX in almost 20 years. Wow, has the technology change!
Sold a car with damaged paint - jmharrell
I purchased a 2020 Acura RDX on 7/3/2020. The initial experience was nice during the sale, but I quickly realized how much of a disaster this dealer is. They didn't give me all the paperwork from the sale so I spent a week trying to get someone on the phone/via text and eventually had to go to the dealer where they then fabricated the document on the spot. Thought the mess was over until 7/14/2020 when I discovered there was a factory defect in the paint. My normal body shop showed me the defect and how it appeared the dealer had tried to fix it before the sale. Another Acura dealer verified this as well. I have now been trying for 2 weeks just for this dealer to look at the issue and am constantly blown off. Apparently being understanding makes you seem weak, and they just ignore you then. So now it's gotten to the point where I had to file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General and file a chargeback with my credit card company for the $543.78 defect to this car that was supposed to be brand new without issue.

We purchased a pre-owned certified Acura MDX from Contemporary Mortorcar. Since we live 2,300 miles away, the purchase was made by phone. The paperwork was done via email and FedEx and was simple. We had the vehicle shipped to Nevada and when the vehicle arrived, it was better than described. Mike Cizmek was a pleasure to deal with. A great and hassle-free car buying experience.
