We purchased a pre-owned certified Acura MDX from Contemporary Mortorcar. Since we live 2,300 miles away, the purchase was made by phone. The paperwork was done via email and FedEx and was simple. We had the vehicle shipped to Nevada and when the vehicle arrived, it was better than described. Mike Cizmek was a pleasure to deal with. A great and hassle-free car buying experience.

Wasted my time. Scheduled appointment a week ahead and told them problem on the phone when I arrived at the dealership they advised me to get something else fixed. In my case it was showing some camera codes at the glass shop where I went to get my windshield replaced. On the phone a week ago Acura said they diagnose those codes advised me to leave the car for a day to be diagnosed. However, when I have arrived at the dealer told me to get the windshield replaced first then they will look into it even though those codes maybe not related to windshield as the dealership did not event the troubleshoot the issues. They made a blank statement without knowing the issue and wanted my time.

I have never had a more pleasurable experience with a major purchase as I had with the team at Piazza Acura of Reading. My salesman, Alex Andrade treated me like royalty. He was friendly, personable and professional. The finance team, Brandon (used car finance manager) and Jason Hoefel (Business Manager) promised to get my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it to be and they did not let me down. I went to Montgomeryville Acura to test drive a new Acura MDX so I could compare the drive to a Cadillac XT5. I have owned Cadillacs for a number of years and was expecting to repurchase or lease another one. However, I really liked the MDX look, feel and drive, and our salesman, Tom Massi, was able to offer us a lease price that I couldn't walk away from. Our experience at this dealership was great. Tom was so helpful, informative and not at all aggressive. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Their service is first class. Nobody has ever given me better service than this dealership. I bought me car new 9 yrs. ago and it still runs as the first day I drove it home. I get it inspected there every year and for many years, they have not had to work on my vehicle and were honest with me. The employees there are very friendly and helpful.
