They were very helpful and patient with us. The only bad was the paperwork. There was a non-English speaking customer ahead of us. They had already transferred my trade over to the dealership. We had no choice but to wait, except my husband also had his car. We waited from 8 pm until 11 with just paperwork to buy the car. The salesman waited up until we were taken in to do the paperwork too. That was very kind. We just had not eaten dinner and were starving. It would have been nice to let us go, IN MY HUSBaND’S car, to get something to eat and bring it back and continue to wait. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Even though this visit was for a routine oil change and tire rotation, they completed it in roughly 30 minutes. They also did a complete maintenance check. Last but not forgotten, I got the car washed too.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! So I was in a horrible accident. T boned destroying my truck and super excited I came here to get a brand new car when I recovered. I checked my credit score next day and they ran hard credit checks 17 times in a row that very afternoon and destroyed my credit my advisors had me return the car immediately in hopes it would help but it didn’t. I had to hire a team over two thousand dollars to help me fix this mess. Do not come here and wind up like me I warn you guys check and pay for Experian because you might not know your hard credit score but they ran 17 hard credit checks and I have the photo evidence of all 17. Went from 800 to 460 so listen to a banged up excited first time buyer of a brand new vehicle. It broke my heart and soul

Terrible customer service. I bought a mercedes glb from them sight unseen. I specifically asked about the condition of the tires. I was told by the salesperson they were all brand new just to receive the car and find two of them are to their wear bars and need replacing immediately. I have documentation of a text that I was told all 4 were new. I contacted the dealership and they won't make it right and will not replace the two.

We live near Asheville and reached out about leasing a vehicle. This is our first time doing a lease. These folks are ON IT!! They helped us... and it wasn't just one person. It was a group effort. They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!

What a great experience we had with the service department. While driving to Beaufort area on vacation, my Acura developed a loud and annoying noise coming from glove compartment area. This would happen only at higher speeds. I stopped in about 3PM and met Michael, a service writer. He listened to me, asked many questions to narrow down issue. As he was setting up an appointment, he saw Patrick, service manager & master mechanic, and called him over & explained what was going on with my car. Patrick said he had some ideas & went to my car, diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be simple but impossible to find by someone untrained & fixed it. I was overwhelmed by this dealership/service department. I can’t say enough about my experience plus Michael even gave us several recommendations for restaurants while we are in the area. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for quality service with old fashioned values.
