Bottom line dealership isn't perfect but overall good company. They always get job done. I've bought several cars from kourt courtney, good guy and like dealing with him. I've bought cars from him also when he worked for nissan. Decided to go some were besides nissan or kia and went with a chevy. Exseperance was terrible so I went back to kia and bought a stinger from kourt Courtney. Glad I did and when ready again I'll go back to him

When I arrived, the service person spoke to me right away. I asked him if any recalls on my vehicle could be fixed that day along with my attended purpose, to have my 7500 mile service check. He said that the sensor device needed to be recalibrated and that it could done today. Everything was completed in less than an hour from arriving. I am happy with my service on Wednesday 9/28/2022.

Shady business. Gave the run around for days about a truck, then sold it out from under us even with a buyers order being faxed to them from our bank. Allie was my initial point of contact. Matt was not professional about the way things were handled. I felt dismissed and was disrespected. I don’t recommend dealing with this place.

Generally speaking, I've acquired a distaste for car salesmen over the years. John changed my opinion and perception. Was in town for a few weeks on business and found our "newsed" (new to us but used) Jeep Grand Cherokee we'd been looking for. John was friendly from the start and not pushy in the least. All the dealings were hassle free and made for a very positive experience. If you're in the market, I'd recommend asking for John; you won't be disappointed!

We are really pleased with Kia of Cleveland and their sales team/finance team. Our salesman Kolby Duckett was top notch. He is very professional and knowledgeable of all the vehicles on the lot. Car Buying is exhausting but working with Kolby felt like working with a friend. He worked really hard on our behalf with finance as well. We are also thankful for the finance team for working hard on our behalf so we could drive away in a vehicle that fits our growing family and doesn’t sting too badly when the payment comes due. If you aren’t sure who to use, Kolby is 100% your guy.

Took my 2021 Telluride in to fix sunroof that spontaneously came off track. SIX WEEKS later, I am still waiting on ANY communication regarding the situation. Calls go unanswered. I spoke with person on sales side to research the issue, but still no response. I will retrieve vehicle in still-damaged state and stay far, far away from this incompetent bunch.

I was told that I have a3week wait to check and see why my antifreeze coolant was leaking. I found out that the silver tie that was on my hose was turned the wrong way puncturing that hose causing a slow leak. I go regularly to get oil change. No one saw that or did they do it to cause more problems. Something didn't suit well in my bones. Before any oil change I will have my truck looked over.

Told by salesman Ryan and a conversation with GM, Jerrod, dealership would stand behind a used 2012 JeepLiberty. As a US Marine, integrity and character are important. A man’s word not what it used to me. When I reached out with invoice and a video, selected amnesia set in. “No I do not recall that conversation.” So sad. I would not trust buying a used car from this dealership. Sadly, $600-$800 would break the dealership. WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS with this group.

Everyone was professional, courteous, and made our life easier and hassel free during that whole transaction, from the moment we set foot on the Russell Barnett premises. This review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT (I had no issues with the initial purchase of my car). I brought my car in for a Kia recall due to a possible fire hazard, the service was SCHEDULED on 4/28/2021, to bring the car in for the service on 5/5/2021. Upon calling, I advised I would like to have the recall taken care of along with getting a oil change, I spoke with a lady who advised that would be great, and giving a week notice will give them plenty of time to get the needed parts in for the recall. I took my car in for service on 5/5/2021 around 8:40am for a 9:00am appointment, spoke with Michael Falkner, advised I was there for the oil change and recall, he said no problem, asked if I was going to wait for the vehicle or drop off, advised I would be dropping off as I had read online the recall took a few hours to fix. Michael advised he would call me when the vehicle was ready. I received a phone call from Michael at 10:35am advising me that my vehicle was ready, and they “unfortunately could not fix the recall because the part is on a national backorder”. I was rather confused by this, as to why I was not told this while making the appointment, and was assured with me scheduling early would give plenty of time for the part to arrive. Also why was I not called to advise the part had not arrived, so I could have saved myself a nearly 2hr drive from Honaker VA, for a simple oil change, I could have used a local garage. Upon entering to retrieve my car, Michael said how am I doing, I advised I was rather pi$$ed off due to the recall not being fixed, he said “oh sorry, let me walk you over to pay for the oil change”. I paid the over $60.00 for the oil change, and on the receipt there is a message that “if you are not totally satisfied with service, call the manager Carl Stewart” which I did. I spoke to Carl at 11:32am, to which he explained the issue with the “national backorder” on the part, and advised that I should have been called to be advised that the part was not there. Carl assured me he was going to do some homework on this, and asked my permission for a call back in 20-30 minutes, to which I agreed. This was on 5/5/21 at 11:32 am, today is 5/10/2021 at 8:47am, and I am still awaiting that phone call. Very disappointed in the service I have received from Grindstaff Kia and the lies spewed by the service department. I would advised to look elsewhere for your vehicle needs, as it seems there is only good service when the buying process is happening.
