Greg painstakingly went over every technological innovation included in the car. I've never had a dealer spend that much time explaining what all the KIA car offers. Despite some initial back and forth with the dealership and Kia-U.S. They honored the known issue of the 4 Wheel Drive coupler binding. This is the second time I have had a warranty issue and they eventually took care of all problems. The process was a bit tedious but they cam through and did the right thing and made me whole.

I went to Gossett Kia this morning to purchase a car I saw online. J.T. ~*the salesman of 17 years!!!*~ took amazing care of me! He pulled my car right up to the door for me to test drive. I did want 0% APR, but as a first time buyer, I did not qualify. J.T. , Mike (finance manager) , and Bobbie Johnson (general manager) went right to work to find me the lowest rate which came out to be 0.90!! The price of the car was lowered from the price listed on their website and my first oil change will be free! I also got a travel size cleaning kit for the car. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the great customer service provided by the staff! I highly recommend to anyone who is car shopping to buy a Kia from Gossett Kia on Covington Pike.

The sales experience was great, he explained all the functions and details of the car while also be patient as I was comparing three different trim levels. The salesperson AD, made me comfortable throughout the whole process by showing his knowledge in the Kia brand and his personable demeanor. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a car throughout the experience. I would highly recommend asking for AD if you are in the market for a new or used car at this Kia location.

My wife's 2024 Kia Sorento had several recalls and I had called the service dept. a few weeks back and they set up an appointment for Sept. 14th at 9:00 AM. I live about 60 miles from the dealership in Jackson, TN so I had to take off from work to take the car in for service. There had been an issue on the car with the Parking Distance Warning system and I told the service department about this. They worked on the car for the recalls but stated I would have to set up a new appt. for the other issue. Very upsetting since I had to miss work already with today's appt. and don't know why they could not have looked into the problem today and worst case scenario would be I would have to come back because of parts or something. Hard to miss another day to bring the car back in but that looks like that I will have to do it to get the problem fixed.
