Luckily, I purchased the additional warranty on my Soul's tires. Had a blowout that destroyed the entire passenger front tire. Service dept helped me get in touch with insurance and then fixed the tire same day it was towed in. They looked the car over and let me know what services I needed next to keep car in good working order. Got them to change oil at same time using a coupon they sent me. Ended up only paying $26 for everything! The employees were as happy as I was that it all didn't cost a fortune! Everyone is always nice, helpful, and friendly. Even sent the shuttle to pick me up when car was ready. Bonnie Blue and I are ready to hit the streets again! Hate car trouble but Kia of Chattanooga made it less painful!

This Dealership is the only place I buy my new cars from. The sells men are awesome. They make you feel like you are not a customer but family. I had my first experience with them on 2/2016. I bought a Kia Forte. Then in 2017 I traded in for a van. Then in 10/2019 I traded that for a 2019 van. Every time I go there they make my kids and I feel like family. They all have taken good care of me. I know I will only go there to buy my cars. Thank you all at Kia Universal.

Jordan Ankey:) As we walked around the lot talking about cars..we knew HE was our salesperson! He was a teacher, because he told us the abilities about the car and he was a comedian! The both of us spoke on how students in school used to mess with our names! My name is Treva & they called me golden retreva in school! He told us the students messed with him also, about his last name, Ankey! That got us! We are a laughing family & Jordan's since of humor, stole us! My Kia-Soul hit a deer so I took my car to this dealership for repair. Over $5,00.00 cost. Upon getting home after repairs I noticed a fog light not working. I went back to dealership and was told it was working and I had to pay for another bulb. They offered to replace one bulb for $60.00..... I was in shock.. I left and got it replaced down the road for $16.00... I called the manager and reported the situation.
He offered no answer or reason. I had bought 2 new cars from them and was about to buy another one... I have zero trust in this company and would walk before I would ever support them a dime again.

I started having problems with my car on a Monday. I called this dealership for 3 days and left multiple messages with multiple people about bringing it in the get fixed. No one ever answered the phone in the service department and no one ever returned my calls. I finally just came in Thursday and talked to Danny Butler, a service consultant who seemed not to care. I finally spoke to Bob, their service manager who seemed to care and made me feel like he was going to help me. I left my car, and they tested it and found out my alternator was out. They told me they would call me the next day. Someone called me Friday evening and told me the car was fixed, and that they wanted to keep it over night just to test it in the morning. I called 4 times the next day, again with no answer and no return call. I just came in to the dealership around 1:30 Saturday afternoon and the same man, Danny was just sitting at his desk with his hands folded. I explained to him the situation and he seemed as if I was causing him problems. He told me he had no idea what was going on and he had nonpaperwork stating what they did to my vehicle and it was going to take him until 3:00 to find anything out- and possibly not till the next day. I told him that was unacceptable, seeing how they told me last night my car was fixed, and I saw it sitting out on the lot. I attempted to call bob, the manager multiple times and he never answered or called me back. I had to find another manager on the sales said of the store to get anything resolved. When he came and spoke to Danny, I could tell he was upset. He took his precious time doing my paperwork and I felt like it was in purpose. Everyone here made me feel like I was the problem when I just wanted my car. I will never bring my car for service here and I will never buy anther Kia here. These people have bad attitutes about their jobs and are very rude and unprofessional.
