I highly recommend this team. They work seamlessly together to deliver the truck we wanted at a fair price. I spent less than 15 minutes in the dealership in total. Our salesman, Tamarcus Miles, proactively reached out to associated dealers and swiftly found the exact vehicle we were seeking, minimizing any delays. The aftermarket parts department promptly provided us with a quick and fair quote, and all our accessories are currently being installed. Ryan Walker in the Finance department efficiently processed our paperwork, negotiated a fair deal on our trade-in, and secured the extended warranty we were hoping for. Monique in commercial service took care of our existing vehicle, and I have no doubt that we will perform just as well with this new one.

We will definitely come back as Terry deserves a 10 star rating if it allowed it. Probably one of the easiest car deals I’ve dealt with in a long time. Finance and Rob did a fantastic job explaining all the warranties and such and terms and offered a great interest rate not like others wanting to play games with you when you get into the finance department. Rob is a the finance guy willing to shoot you straight and help out.

Cody Hall helped us find exactly the car we came to look for. They did not have the car in stock but took the time and effort to locate one at another dealership. This was not easy because we wanted a light-colored interior. Cody never made us feel pressured or hurried and answered every question we asked. Cody looked through their inventory to find a vehicle on the lot that had the same exterior color we thought we wanted so we could verify before we made the purchase. Then he looked online to find a picture of the interior color we wanted to verify that as well. After we made the decision to buy the car they had located, Cody drove about 80 miles that same day to pick up the car and bring it back and deliver it to us that afternoon. Cody then spent another hour and a half with us in the car to explain all the features and connect our phones to the car. I highly recommend Brinson Ford Corsicana. They did everything they could to make sure we got the car we wanted and worked with us on the financing.

Everyone we met were extremely friendly and will to assist in anyway they could. Andrew Barnett was our sales associate and he did an excellent job. He listened to what I wanted and was concerned that I get exactly what I wanted. We have only had our Bronco for a couple of days but we love it. Bird Kultgen Ford will be the dealership I will deal with in the future and I would love to have Andrew as my sales associate.
