I booked my appointment several weeks ago and ended up sitting there for 2 hours waiting on an OIL CHANGE!!! Here is the best part, I texted my advisor 20 minutes saying that I absolutely had to leave and get my son from school at the 2 hour mark. No response. No one came to get me after 2 hours, so I went out to the main service bay and there was my car just sitting there. Apparently my advisor had gone to lunch. They couldn’t tell me how long it had been sitting there but I would be willing to bet it had been sitting there for about an hour. Either way, the lack of communication and the blatant disregard for their customers makes me hate my Jeep and this dealership. This isn’t the only issue with this dealership or this Jeep! I will never own a Jeep again because of problems like this.

The service department is absolutely the worst. They never pick up. They don't return you calls even after you've called a million times to check on your vehicle. They make every excuse in the book. What's even worse, if you're a woman, they talk to you like your an idiot. This is the last time I will bring my vehicle here. I even tried to contact the manager of the service department and have yet to hear from him. It sucks when you pay so much for a vehicle to have it sit in a garage until they can look it at for up to 2 weeks.

My salesman, Ivan, was awesome, as was the dealer for my purchase of a new 2025 Nissan Kicks SR AWD in beautiful Arctic Ice Blue from Viva Nissan in El Paso, TX. Ivan is the very best salesman I have ever dealt with in my over the 50 years of new car buying, and the purchase of my 5th Nissan, and 2d Kicks. Viva Nissan gave me a discounted price from the MSRP price, online through the Navy Federal Credit Union’s “True Car” program and stuck to it. Ivan didn’t add a bunch of extra charges beyond the MSRP that I didn’t want, like the other dealers did. I had previously received a non discounted price from a different dealer through the Nissan Buy@Home program, but the dealer would not honor the price. He added over $2,000 in charges, ignored the Nissan deal, and would not use the cheaper sales tax for where I live. Ivan is an excellent and caring salesman who cut through all the negotiation tactics and games that other dealers use. He made it possible for me to do everything online or over the phone. Then, he drove about 65 miles one way and delivered the car to me at my home. I highly recommend Viva Nissan and would love to buy another car from them with Ivan as the salesman. He is fantastic, the best ever!
