Great car buying experience. After finding my preferred pre owned car on the BMW Clear Lake Website, I visited the dealership and was greeted by Shona in their showroom. She was very professional, helpful and friendly as was her manager. We agreed on fair a cash deal rather quickly and pleasantly and completed the purchase details with their finance director, Nathaniel, who was also very professional and pleasant. One of my top car buying experiences out of more than many. I highly recommend BMW of Clear Lake and their sales advisor Shona.…..they are top of their class.

I took my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 to them a couple of weeks ago, the transmission was slipping, the ABS had issues and all 4 tire sensors were out. I have extended warranty from where I bought the truck used in 2023. I live in Pampa, I started taking the truck into Country Chevrolet here in town in December of 2023 for the ABS problems, the ABS light would come on, the stability track and parking assist would turn off and the brake pedal was really soft when you put your foot on it to stop and then it was hard and pulsated/grinding. I also told them the front tires squeal like I am peeling out sometimes when I turn corners. They reprogramed the wheel angle sensors and said there is nothing wrong with the ABS. That didn't fix the tire squealing so they replaced the sensor that was covered under the warranty. On the second or third time I took it in for the brakes they did replaced the Brake booster vacuum pump which was a recall from the factory. In total it was in the shop here at least 6-7 times (I lost track after six months or so), it was the same thing every time...THERE'S NOTHING WORNG WITH THE ABS. In December of 2024 the transmission was slipping and shifting up and down driving around town and on the highway it felt and sounded like I was hitting rumble strips about every 20 -30 seconds, this is exactly what I told Josh, (I googled it ...), I said I think it's the torque convertor. That evening when I went to pick it up they said there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission but they figured out the problem...are ya ready for this???? THEY BALANCED MY TIRES!!!! Actually charged me 49.97 to BALANCE MY TIRES!!! The next morning I took my husband in with me, Josh asked what we needed, I told him I just wanted to let him know that BALANCING MY TIRES did NOT fix my TRANSMISSION problem that I brought it in for. The service manager went for a ride with us and said it is definitely the torque convertor...they ordered the part on 12/18/24. I called and left messages, with no luck except for once and Josh said the part was on back order. A few weeks later I called the service manager and his parts department people didn't make it in because of the snow but he personally would call me back and let me know the status of the parts....nothing but CRICKETS! Once I found out that Borger was no longer Country Chevrolet, I called over told them a little about what I was going through here, they checked on the torque convertor, it was in stock in the Denver warehouse (Pampa had access to the same warehouse) if it was ordered by 2pm it would be there the next day! I made an appointment at Webb in Borger...they actually replaced the transmission, replaced the ABS module and all 4 tire sensors. All covered under my extended warranty. I HIGHLY recommend them, they were friendly, customer service was amazing, repairs were done in a very reasonable time frame and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Ryan in the service department is an absolute joke. He never returns phone calls and/or follows-up. Ryan continues to give bad information and his service quality in person completely unacceptable. You would think instead of telling customers they are 9-10 days out to look at an issue with your new 2025 Tahoe, they would show some concern and empathy. He never once said he was sorry or let me see what I can do for you. Ryan is more worried and likes to pass the buck and put ownership on someone else than take responsibility.

No communication and car not ready after4 hours for just oil change. Again service advisor hand over paper to someone else and end up giving me other customer’s papers. When car arrived it was not washed and had to wait more for car wash.Started noticing oil mark in drive way for few days and upon checking the drain valve was loose. Friend assisted with that to avoid another long wait at dealership. If allowed will share photo of oil leak due to loose drain valve.

I personally had a great experience, I can tell you that the dealership that I had purchased my previous truck from told me to keep my truck for a few more years because I had to much negative equity, this dealership instead ate up a lot of that negative equity and they put me in a new vehicle with a lot more horsepower and torque and bells and whistles and to be honest my payment stayed the same because of lower interest rate and I also got a shorter term by 1 year! I was helped by sales man Joshua and Manager Baldo! I am ready to buy the next one in a couple of years!

While we appreciate the friendliness of your dealers and financial staff, the issues we encountered have left us hesitant to recommend your dealership to others. Our journey began with a 3-hour drive from Oklahoma to your dealership with high hopes of finding the perfect car. However, the experience quickly turned sour as we encountered several issues that have left a lasting negative impression. Upon arrival at 11:30 am, we were informed that the car was not ready, and work was still being done on it. Despite being promised that scratches and paint chips would be expertly repaired to make the car look "brand new," the reality fell far short of expectations. The vehicle was covered in scratches and imperfections, and we were reassured that the paint and body work would transform it into a flawless beauty. As the day dragged on, reaching 6:30 pm, exhaustion and frustration set in as we anxiously waited for the car to be finished. When it was finally presented to us, the poor lighting made it difficult to discern what had been fixed and what remained unresolved. My wife, exhausted after a 7-hour wait and being 3 hours from home, refrained from closely inspecting the vehicle. Upon returning home, we discovered several issues that were not evident in the dealership's low-light conditions. The grab handle in the back seat was missing, seemingly broken off and carelessly tossed into the vehicle. Additionally, the "brand new" paint job turned out to be a haphazard touch-up, with visible spots resembling white-out, and a noticeable dent in the chrome trim by the driver's side door. While we appreciate the car's performance and features, the discrepancies between the promised condition and the actual state of the vehicle are disheartening. Paying close to $30,000, we expected a better overall experience and a meticulously prepared vehicle. Understandably, used cars may have imperfections, but the misleading promises and the feeling of being rushed to overlook issues have left us dissatisfied. Unfortunately, being 3 hours away, we cannot easily return the vehicle, and we are reluctant to add unnecessary miles to an already questionable purchase. We sincerely hope that your dealership takes this feedback to heart and addresses the discrepancies in the future to provide a more transparent and customer-focused buying experience. We attempted to reach out and received an initial response from the salesman Matthew Bustamante but he shortly stopped replying to us. We also attempted to reach out to the "GM" David Baum and we never got a reply.
