I recently purchased a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum. My salesperson was Gary Rogers. He was great!! Gary answered ALL of my many questions from deciding which one I wanted to buy through how do all these new features work! No question or concern was too small to address. Additionally, he returned my calls promptly. There was no pressuring me to buy a certain model. Of course, he presented options and things to think about, but the final decision was mine. After my car arrived, I dealt with Angel, finance manager and Melissa, inventory manager. Both were very friendly and professional. Gary stayed involved answering questions and navigating me through the purchasing process. This is our family’s 3rd purchase from Miller. This 2026 Highlander replaces my 2005 Highlander. We also have a 2016 Highlander. Because they have always treated us with respect and because of their professionalism, we keep coming back when we need to upgrade our cars. We get all our service performed at Miller. Our service adviser, Dimas, is wonderful! We truly appreciate working with him. I would definitely recommend Gary and all of Miller’s supporting staff when buying your next car from Miller.

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday morning 3/9/26. Not only did I receive that call but Johnathan was very thorough and was able to get me approved over the phone before I even got off from work with all of the final numbers. The dealership was about an hour drive for me and upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin who was just as Amazing as Johnathan. I was surprised and amazed that all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was such an Awesome experience and everything was smooth from beginning to end even with the finance person. I could go on and on about my experience because I am just that pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Service department scheduled a recall repair, then tried to upsell for other repairs. They did not call or text to say the truck was ready. Dropped off at 7:30 am, finally went to service department to pick up truck, it was done at 3:00 pm. I left phone messages and texts prior to going back, and asking when it would be done. Receptionist called after I had already picked up the truck. First time at this service department and most likely the last.

I purchased a Certified Used 2016 Ram 1500 pickup from - rtomhave

I purchased a Certified Used 2016 Ram 1500 pickup from Marlow Motor Company on March 16, 2024. The vehicle was purchased at 80,000 miles. Since that time I have had two service appointments at Marlow Motors with oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. I have had the battery replaced, replaced the serpentine belt, replaced the CPCH and valve-purge control, and spent $970.50 in parts and labor along the way. Then, on March 3, 2025, after just over 10,000 driving miles in the first year, I was due for inspection. I confidently returned to Marlowe for the inspection thinking that since the purchase of a Certified Used Vehicle, regularity of service and inspections, and just over 10,000 miles of usage in the first year, I would pay my $20 for a successful inspection and be on my way. Some time later while in the waiting room, I received a text telling me that my vehicle had failed inspection and that there were 5 items that "required immediate attention" to the tune of $1683.58. Fourth on the list of these items was "Replace Rear Brake Pads and Resurface Rotos." A service representative soon joined me in the waiting room to further explain that it was the brakes that had failed inspection. The first three items on the "requires immediate attention" list included brake fluid exchange service and four-wheel alignment, and differential service. The fifth item was "replacing cabin air filter" which I was pretty sure did not "require immediate attention" in relation to a state inspection. I asked the service representative what it meant to purchase a Certified Used Vehicle and he mumbled that everything is in working order and safe. When I queried how the brakes of a Certified Used Vehicle could be deemed unsafe with only 10,000 miles of usage, I was told that the inspector did not look at my purchase and service history. I told him that I had lost trust and confidence in Marlowe Motors as my service shop and how disappointed I was in that I was planning to continue my service with them for the vehicle, but now simply wanted my vehicle returned. They had lost me as a customer. For the cost of $22.87 and a failed inspection sticker in my windshield, I went to another local state inspector, paid my $20 and passed inspection. Lesson learned.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a dealer who is fair, upfront, flexible, accommodating, and honest, then you must visit Tim at the Darcars Volvo Fairfax. This was honestly the best experience I have had with any dealer in over 40 years, and I would highly recommend taking the time to visit Tim, even if you are just thinking about purchasing a Volvo. He was very flexible and patient when our interest took us to another vehicle than the one, he had for us originally and his pricing was extremely fair. He promised he would have us out the door in one hour, and he kept his promise. My thanks to Tim and all others who assisted us in purchasing our Volvo XC60.

This review is for the service dept. Debbie stack is AWESOME! Not only did this dealer take care of all of the issues i had with the car but they also did the state inspection and updated the software for free. Debbie is very professional and kind on the phone. She called back every time i left a message, even if there wasnt much to say. When they finally did the warranty / out of warranty work on the car it was done in just a few days and she invoiced it out immediately so i could pick up the day it was done. The work the dealer did was also spot on. Very clean, everything they touched looks brand new and untouched. Excellent workmanship! Thanks again for the awesome service and i'll definitely be coming back if i need anything else.

From start to finish, Arman was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for during the entire process. Even when I told him I needed time to think about the purchase, he didn’t pressure me. Instead, he made sure I knew that my experience and satisfaction were a priority. After leaving, I decided to move forward with the vehicle and called them back. Arman and his team didn’t hesitate—they arranged for an Uber to bring me back to the dealership! That level of service truly impressed me. Once I returned, I worked with the finance manager, Jason, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also friendly and funny. Bought a chef Captive Sport (2012)in (2022) I made payments for almost four years paid car off besides payments (of $440.00)month they had the car trying to fix what was killing the battery said it was fixed wrong took back to them four times each time said it was fixed wrong during this time while paying payments spent additional (3000 dollars)on stuff they should have fixed )car is paid off and is just setting want start because battery is dead (six batteries but in car in three years cause of problem alternator is problem they said alternator was showing fine this was was the problem all along they refused to fix because it was showing good false reading now I have agar paid off and will not run until I get money together to fix I have maxed out all my cards on this car car will have to set until I can get the money to fix owner will not help Chris very rude to talk too Jen in service dept tried to help not much help buy from them at your own risk u may have good luck but if like me ur on your own good luck Joseph Davis ps I think they should send me a check for a reasonable amount to get things fixed their other that they should have fixed Ian 79 years old and they took advantage of me my health is not good and they have made it worse please do the Christian thing and help me
