I brought my 2017 Journey Crossroad in for an oil change. It was noted that there was a small transmission leak so it went over to service for a small repair. Thankfully it was a no charge deal since all was covered under my powertrain warranty. So I asked for another 2017 Journey 6 cylinder AWD Crossroad for my rental because I was used to driving one. I was given a red one, same year and model. I fell in love with the red one (is it a girl thing??) After much negotiation (after all it was a rental and not for sale), I made it known I really wanted to trade my current dark grey color with my new lovely red car. Somehow all the people involved helped me. I was approved with a lower interest rate as well. I was able to take off the Rental Tag and it's now mine.

Bought a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon for an awesome price for the easiest purchase I've had. I had planned on saving up and eventually buying a Jeep next year but with carpools getting shut down and my commuter vehicle giving up I really wanted to move that time table forward rather than purchasing something just to get me by. I was skeptical that I'd be able to find something I liked for a decent price, let alone so close to home, and Kevin Hernandez with Karmart worked with me remotely make it all happen seamlessly after explaining that I needed a vehicle to travel for essential work at a Hydro-Generation facility. An appointment was made so that the sale could be made in a safe & sanitized manner and I was driving away within only 40mins of my arrival, extremely happy with not only the vehicle but the entire purchasing process.

Salesman Henry really did a heroic effort to get me the best deal possible. He has an injured left leg and still went back and forth to the sales manager many times without complaint. Also, he recognized a significant error in the mileage of a vehicle I was interested in, and immediately brought it to my attention. I bought a used diesel from this dealership and was treated very poorly. The same afternoon that I purchased it, the engine light came on and I had to pay to fix it. I had to put a lot of money into it the first month I purchased it. Also, I referred a coworker of mine to go buy a NEW diesel and I never got my 100 dollars like they advertise. Do not buy a vehicle through this dealership.

We bought a new 2020 Ram 2500. However Rairdon's had to get it from another dealer who had unknowingly modified it. This killed our 1st choice/deal. So we picked a 2nd truck, rewrite the paperwork and it also has to come from another dealer. During the wait time to deliver our truck, Rairdon's graciously gave us a loaner for a scheduled camping trip.
So it finally arrives but with only 1 key and no "Tow Hooks" per the Window Sticker. It took many phone calls, 4 appointments (not fun) and 5 weeks to finally get our 2nd key and Tow Hooks installed but Rairdon's came through for us!
I believe Rairdon's paid for these items themselves and will have to 'back-charge' the original dealership.
Note: this was all during the Covid pandemic in June & July, so I understand that parts 'in stock' and staff everywhere were at a lower level, thus slowing down the whole process.

if you use coupon for car service, your car will be serviced by a "non-master" technician with lower pay rate! I cannot guarantee if that technician knows the difference between gasoline or engine oil!
Here was what happened to me:
I was trying to use a standard Mopar coupon for a full synthetic oil change at the time of checkout. Very interesting things happened...The cashier did not allow me to use it and explained that I have to present the coupon at the time of the service order. I have been doing the same thing with another Jeep dealer without any problem, so I asked for an explanation. They asked the manager Tiffany and here is what she explained:
If I use a coupon, they will bill a lower rate which would have distributed my service job to a "non-master" technician who has a lower pay rate.
They even uses examples that if I pay less, they have to hire a "JixxxLube-level" technician to do the job. Ouch...This is shocking to me that this dealership or Mopar has such double standard to discriminate service jobs by whether customer uses coupon or not? OMG, this is unbelievable in today's industry...
What's worse is this manager is a total denier...I asked her to write down this reason in paper so that I can use this to check with Mopar if this is company policy. She refused to record her words and reworded it to be "Service will need to be distributed accordingly when customer presents a coupon". She claimed they have used the "express lane" technicians who are all master-level. But listen, even the original service confirmation email said "express lane", I didn't even have a choice.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated with this dealership. I think I will try to avoid AutoNation entirely in PNW.
Guys, if you want to keep your cars for longer, make sure you can make more money so that you don't need to use coupon on them, or just move away!

They Sold A Car I Was Buying To Someone Else For More Money - starshine
I searched for quite a while to find an SUV I could afford and that met my needs. After negotiation, we agreed on a price and I was given a copy of the purchase order. I had complicated circumstances to get my funding through an estate attorney. The primary people at the dealership were all aware of my situation and I called them to keep them posted on my progress with the attorney.
Within a few days, I had the funds available to pay for the car and called the dealership to complete the purchase and arrange to pick up my car. That is when I was informed that another salesman, with the approval of management, ignored my purchase order and sold the car to someone else for a higher price. As you can imagine, I was furious!
They could have at least called me before proceeding with selling my car to a higher bidder! I do not recommend doing business with them because their word or even their purchase order means nothing to them. They did not follow good business practices or common courtesy when they ignored the agreement that everyone involved had approved.

I would not recommend them at all we bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and have had problems with it every year for the past 4 years. Now they are wanting us to pay to fix the transmission even though we told them before our warranty expired that there was something wrong with it and they said it was fine. Avoid going there .

Scott is the worst! Second time I have dealt with him in the service department. Always takes FOREVER I mean hours. First time was to change an out HID headlight in my brand new car. Second time was to get a screw out of a tire and have it fixed. This time he decided on his own to have the recalls repaired though we didn’t have time for this to be done today! Find another service advisor that actually communicates properly.
