Was not happy with lack of service at this dealership.
The woman who is the manager was very unwilling to - Clint and Mindi
The woman who is the manager was very unwilling to discuss any deal. She made me feel like my trade in was worth very little. And that I was not valued as a customer. The entire visit was very negative.
Because of this, I did not purchase the vehicle I wanted here, I went to another dealership that made me feel like they appreciated my business, AutoNation Honda in Spokane Valley!
Discussed buying a truck with the Dustin, Internet Sales - Mike
Discussed buying a truck with the Dustin, Internet Sales Manager. I sent him the vehicle price quoted on the website via screenshot. The offer he gave me was more than the listed price on his own site, and did not take into account their own dealership discount. He quoted incentives as the difference, when it is clear it was how own website! I then asked for invoice so we can have a real, honest discussion about the truck. He stated: “ invoice is irrelevant “ and “it’s priced with the market”…basically saying he doesn’t really care about his own quoted price on his own internet site! Shady tactics and dishonest conversation. Go somewhere where tell the truth
I purchased a new 22 Wrangler Unlimited at the end of - Kioxile
I purchased a new 22 Wrangler Unlimited at the end of August and on the way home I noticed there was quite the gouge in the back of the steering wheel that was harshly scratching my hand every time I steered and my hand went over it. So I kindly texted my salesman a picture asking what could be done about it and he initially said there was nothing he could do about it "since I got a great deal on it" then he finally relented to saying he would try to get me in touch with a service manager. After several check in's from me, no one ever contacted me, so I finally gave up. For a dealership whose motto is supposedly "Culture of Care" they really seem to not CARE if they ever have my return service, nor do they seem to not CARE if they receive my wife's business when she goes to buy a new Jeep, nor do they seem to not CARE if they receive my daughter's business when she buys her first Jeep. Their loss, I guess. Not the worst Jeep dealer in the area, but their customer service and sense of care is severely lacking. Seems like they only wanted one transaction from me, instead of a lifetime of business and I feel severely unvalued by them. BTW they also bait and switched me with a different color saying they couldn't find the vehicle we had agreed to a price on. Guess they couldn't bother to call me and let me know before I drove an hour and a half there for a prescheduled appointment... I'll consider changing my rating if anyone ever reaches out to me.

I ordered a vehicle with Chandler because what I want for - Justin
I ordered a vehicle with Chandler because what I want for my business isn't available anywhere. Chandler was very knowledgeable on features and options that weren't even out yet. I use my vehicles for my business and I really appreciate him putting options into the perspective of how it would help me and my business operate easier. Im very excited to receive my new work truck and to enhance my fleet. Thanks again!
Working with this dealership was an absolute pleasure. - kristenlawrence
Working with this dealership was an absolute pleasure. I contacted them about a Jeep I was interested in, and Jeff contacted me almost immediately after my inquiry was made. I made an appointment to come in and test drive (the dealership was 90 miles away). Before I made the trip, I wanted to make sure things were in order and I wasn’t making the trip for no reason. Jeff was a delight. He made sure the Jeep was ready for me and there were no surprises. I must say I was astounded. My experiences with other dealerships were not so pleasant. They usually lure you in with one car and try to sell you others or change the price on the one you want… not at Lithia!! The purchasing process was amazing. They didn’t come at me with a stupid crazy offer that was pennies for my trade and thousands of dollars more for the Jeep (which is always very insulting). They were fair from the get-go. There wasn’t much back and forth and no sleezy hidden costs. I left completely content. I bought my Jeep and got good money for my trade. I am one happy customer.

Terrible service. - disappointed
Terrible service. We have been waiting for over 5 hours just to get a call back from the service department. We called 3 times and left 2 messages. This is not the first time we have had issues with the service department but it is the worst.
Bought a van 6 months ago. - aliciafunstealermvanderhoof
Bought a van 6 months ago. Having serious computer issues. Was fixed for 2 days and broke down again. Called service department all day no one ever answers. Voice mails say they are full. Emails, messages, etc you cannot get ahold of anyone at this dealership. They have no loaner vehicles despite signs everywhere stating that is a service they provide.
Manager will not return voice mails. - Ang456
Manager will not return voice mails. No one can come up with an answer. The extended warranty I bought- please verify. Dealership can’t find it- this xxxxs went on a week. xxxx good thing I have my copy of extended warranty. Christina is helpful - Frank is helping me get my gap insurance back. Aside from that it’s really like the left hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing . And I guess it starts with the lack of leadership from the TOP down. Left VM for GM at 729 am. Days over and no call back. I cannot say stay away- this is the least professional establishment. Call they transfer you to the Nissan dealership. FUBAR!
And a f’ week later no one’s capable of answering my question pertaining to insurance - an 1800$ policy they sold Me. They suck with the exception of Christina and Frank. Everyone one else has failed to even return a call. Go somewhere else. Oh it’s all good till the sales went thru- then ya see what it’s really like and it SUCKS.
This place is a nightmare. - Matthewc523
This place is a nightmare. I bought a car 13 days ago that had the tire pressure sensor broken. They told me that they would contact me a few days later to fix the issue, as I have an after purchase repair order. Nobody called or reached out to me, so after a few days I call asking for them to call me back and to set up an appointment to get it fixed. They then called me and told me that instead of bringing it into them I can take it to any Les Schwab and get it repaired and have it invoiced back to them. I go to Les Schwab and they give me a weird look when I tell them that Raridons told me to have them invoice them for the repairs. The manager of Les Schwab then tells me that he called them and NOW they want to do the repairs in house. After wasting 2 hours of my time there I head back to the Raridons to set up an appointment to get it fixed a few days later. The day comes and they have my car for 5 hours, when Jimmy said it would be like a 3-4 hour operation. I get here and the parts are not even ordered, so I spent 5 hours waiting for my car to be repaired and when I show up in person is when he chose to order the parts. When I bought the car I was told that parts where ALREADY on their way. Jimmy said he would call me later that night to set up an appointment (he didn’t call me back). The next day he says that I can come in for an hour and they will repair my car. If you had to order the parts when I was there, how could they have possibly arrived the next morning?? I’m writing this review in their lobby, wondering why I have had to wait for 2 hours to get 4 sensors fixed. (I just went and asked Jimmy and he said it’s going to be another 20 minutes)
Don’t go to this place, they are sleazy and just down right unprofessional.
Paid 1200 for a repair. - 78bullethead
Paid 1200 for a repair. Had engine light on when called to pick it up. Tried to charge me another 800. For something that wasn’t broke when I took it in . Worst service ever. Save yourself the agony and take your vehicle elsewhere. Won’t ever use this place again.

I had a very awful experience with Jessica Craig. She wasted my whole day, took a credit card deposit which she guaranteed would “hold the car” while working with another customer at the same time for the same car. Working in sales I understand it is important to hit your numbers, but that doesn’t require you to be dishonest and shady with your customers. She left us hanging and would not return our calls or text messages to let us know she sold the car to someone else.
We were ready to buy that day, but she didn’t seem to have the time of day to help us find another car.
Thankfully we were able to go to Rairdon’s in Kirkland and able to purchase exactly what we wanted that day. The entire team there was honest, helpful, and very efficient. It was definitely worth the driving a little bit longer to work with a quality team.
Stay away from Jessica if you would like to work with a honest sales person.

Excellent dealership. I buy a lot of new cars, and have dealt with a number of dealerships. By far these folks are the best. They honored a great price, offered a fair deal on the trade without me having to fight, and I was in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes, and some of that time was me finding all the docs they needed (yes I was not prepared as I should have been :). Other car dealerships should take notes on their business practices. BTW, this dealer is 150 miles from me and was worth the drive!
