I am always apprehensive when I have to go to a dealer for service that I am not qualified for ever since I was defrauded by a local dealer that cost me a fair amount of money in repairs. My contact was Lori, with whom I made an appointment regarding the transmission on our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I had to wait a few weeks to get in. It only has 24,000 miles but has refused to shift out of first gear about 6-8 times which puts one in a temporary panic position trying to accelerate entering a highway. Everything checked out positive by their transmission person. There also are no recalls for this problem for our vehicle. I checked that myself. It seems that the most likely cause could be an accidental bump of the steering wheel shifting paddles. I know that I occasionally bump the telephone so it seems quite possible. I would like to say that the help and concern I received from Lori was the best dealership experience that I have ever had and I am now 87 years old and have traveled the country extensively using dealers in many states. This dealer gives me a lot of confidence and makes me comfortable and feel good that I can receive good service in the future and that their people are of good character.

I worked with Jackson at Van Horn of Stoughton and he was great! This was the easiest and least stressful car-buying experience I've had. Jackson's a real person, not just a salesman and he doesn't play the games that most car salesman do (which can make this process so draining). I had been to 11 other dealerships before settling on Van Horn and Jackson is a big part of why I chose them. Most salesmen only want to make a profit, but if you want a stress-free, genuine conversation about the right vehicle for you, go see Jackson. I've only had my vehicle for a couple days, but I love it and the oil for life deal that Van Horn offers is an awesome perk! They were very transparent and addressed all of my concerns throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend.

Took my truck to there competition in waukesha and they had my truck diagnosed and fixed in one day . Ewald service department is a joke . Just know that you can take your warranty work to another dealership.
