Our local Ford dealer couldn’t get our Escape in until next week Thursday—Napleton had us an appointment the next day. The Service Dept. was very nice. We picked up our Escape yesterday—all is perfect. Our hard starting after fueling is gone and the tech found other regular service we needed to have done on our Escape. Even though it was costly for all maintenance—considering we have owned this 2016 Escape for about 4 years—other than tires and front brakes—we have had no issues until the hard to start after fueling. We are very happy with Columbus Napleton Ford for their getting us in quick and doing all our service needs. Even though Napleton Ford Columbus is a town away—we are considering this Ford dealer as our go to car service needs for both our Ford Escapes.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about all of the people I worked with in the service department at Hyundai West Allis. From beginning (the woman who scheduled the appointment was welcoming and thorough) to end (picking up a car that was freshly washed, vacuumed AND trash emptied) the service was top notch. Everyone was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond in servicing my 2012 Hyundai which is no longer covered by warranty. They even looked at a seatbelt issue I was having outside of the main issue I brought it in for and fixed it as a goodwill gesture! As this is the only vehicle I can use to transport my disabled son, this was SO appreciated. I received regular communication as to the status of my vehicle which was also refreshing. As someone who works in retail and truly values excellent service, I had to recognize the best service I have experienced in years. Thank you! I won’t hesitate to bring my car back or recommend Hyundai West Allis to family and friends.

John Endisch is always upbeat, straight forward, and one of the reasons I continue to use this dealership for service on my 2017 Toyota Camry SE. I have less than favorable experiences with other Toyota dealers in Milwaukee, and this dealer is by far the best. I have owned Toyotas all my life, and will continue to do so. I have never had any problems with service at this dealership. And the service is always done without problems, and in a efficient manor, timewise.

Service was great and very timely I love the shuttle service. I have 20,000 miles on my car and the guy checking tires is like you need new tires soon. I asked what the life span of these tires are and his response was 55,0000 miles but Michelson are not good they come on the new vehicles and do not last. I felt he was on commission for tire sales. I would definitely get other estimates on tire quality and life span from other places before getting tires from your dealer ship. The approach was a complete turn off.
