Wow! I can’t say enough good things about all of the people I worked with in the service department at Hyundai West Allis. From beginning (the woman who scheduled the appointment was welcoming and thorough) to end (picking up a car that was freshly washed, vacuumed AND trash emptied) the service was top notch. Everyone was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond in servicing my 2012 Hyundai which is no longer covered by warranty. They even looked at a seatbelt issue I was having outside of the main issue I brought it in for and fixed it as a goodwill gesture! As this is the only vehicle I can use to transport my disabled son, this was SO appreciated. I received regular communication as to the status of my vehicle which was also refreshing. As someone who works in retail and truly values excellent service, I had to recognize the best service I have experienced in years. Thank you! I won’t hesitate to bring my car back or recommend Hyundai West Allis to family and friends.
