Ian Kelley was great to work with and took very good care of me while looking for a great used truck, I spoke with Ian by phone about a used 2019 Ram they had on the lot before driving to the dealership, I asked him to be completely honest about the condition of the truck before I drove to check it out, because I had already been on three wild goose chases to other dealerships out of state just to find out they were not at all honest about their vehicle conditions, Ian was spot on honest with me, he went above and beyond to help me out, absolutely great to work with, give Ian Kelly a call and you will see for yourself why I think he's Great. Oh, moral of the story, don't drive to Tennessee, Georgia or any other state for that part, you just can't beat what we have right here in good old north Alabama. Thanks again Ian. Roger

Our family van (Pacifica hybrid) went down while vacationing in the southeast. Had it towed to Jubilee. My service advisor Dylan Miesch was great and more than accommodating. The turn around time was better than expected and he kept me updated on every step which gave peace of mind I’m grateful for. Upon completion and with me coming from out of town I wasn’t able to get there during business hours on a Saturday. He offered to come back into work and let my car out for me after hours to ensure I could make it back home in time for work the following Monday. I really can’t thank him enough for that, he really went above and beyond and I’m super thankful. Anyway, the experience was great and stress free. Def would recommend!

i went to king because i was refered by a friend who had bought a car from them. i was told by my friend that these people were up front and honest. well, that is exactly what i got! they hepled me pick out a new truck and explained to me that i had quite a bit of negative equity in my trade, which i already knew because i had over 100,000 miles on my old truck. they made several calls and were able to get quite a bit more for my trade. they got me a great rate and my payments were even lower than i expected. i was really inpressed that they did not pressure me to take life ins,extra warranty etc. overall it was a very nice expreience. i highly reccommend them!!

I have been going to this dealership for years! I take my challenger, that I also bought from Chrysler, for any needs and the service techs always solve it and the sales people always make sure I don’t want to trade in or anything! It’s a great environment and they’re always on top to tell you updates and length of times for waiting so you’re comfortable either in the waiting area or your home. I was there last week and waited an hour or 2 and the staff was so great with my 1-year old and making me feel welcomed plus my car was fixed up perfectly. I’ve seen personally, service techs come and get the guests to update them on their vehicle so they know what’s going on each step of the way on every service. I was also shown this app to help pay what I owed in monthly installments and in today’s economy that is a lifesaver. You and your vehicle should want to be cared for properly by real everyday people and with that being said I recommend this shop/dealership all day long! :)

If only there was a way for no stars or negative. I bought a BRAND NEW Ram, 7 miles on it. After ONE month started feeling hard shifts & abnormal rumble. Took it in, was told I had a perfect truck, nothing wrong with it. 16 point inspection everything was great!..... not even ONE MONTH later I take it to another dealer to find there was a hole in my oil filter ( which happened during shipping the manufacture called the dealer when my vin was entered) so my brand new truck had ZERO oil. oil was covering the underneath of the truck. so 1.) Dothan did a 16 point inspection and everything was perfect just 20 days before???? 2.) never called to tell us to watch for any issues with a hole in the oil filter. Now, no one wants to help me out or make anything right when I have a brand new 60k truck that has already been totally out of oil & still having issues with the transmission. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend. the staff will tell you about their Cocaine addiction, their family life & keep you talking so they can make their sale & then help you no further.

Took my 3500 ram in for recall on fuel pump two weeks later picked up to find scratches on my door and red clay in carpet and floor Matt’s on passenger and driver side also truck smelled like cigars, stunk. Also had a trouble light on that wasn’t there before management pretty much said that’s how it was when I dropped off. Do not take your vehicle there for any reason management sucks they pretty much trashed my truck..

Last Saturday we picked up a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Sport S at Bice Motors. From the time we first walked on the lot until we drove off in our new Jeep, it was just a different experience all the way around. No games. No hidden fees. No hoops to jump through. No surprises. Everything was completely straightforward - the way it should be. And the atmosphere reflected the business philosophy at Bice - from Cody, our sales person, to Jackie in finance, it was very laid-back, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, and had both good and bad experiences doing so. This one ranked right up there toward to the top. I highly recommend Bice!
