This is a review BRAMAN PORSCHE....................... I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warranty. I declined to have the work done and was NOT happy! I paid the diagnostic fee and left. The following day the service Manager Craig Middleton went out of his way to give me a call to tell me that they made a mistake on the amount out of pocket and he wanted to make it right, and boy did he! They picked up my car from my house dropped off a loaner car repaired my Cayenne in 3 days, refunded my diagnostic fee and did not charge me a dime out of pocket! He also had my car detailed and out front ready to go when I got there! As a retired GM in the car business, I must tell you that Craig and his team did an outstanding job of making a disgruntled customer into a happy customer and I must say now a customer for life!! Thanks Craig and the team a Braman Porsche!!

This was the absolute best experience going to this dealer to service my car, I tried since is all new and closer to home. Everyone’s welcoming in the service department, they even have massage chairs. Beatriz was incredible helped me with a loaner vehicle even helped me connected it to my phone, she is very professional and pleasant. I will definitely come back and recommend to others

Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.

They explained why my tire or extended warranty would not cover the tire replacement. Just one of those things. Service person tried everything and was nice..

Called and made appt. to have my GPS updated and told now had to pay for it since my car was 6 yrs. old. That was understandable and was willing to pay for the upgrade. When I arrived for appt. was told they couldn't do that on my car because it was older than 5 yrs. Wish I got the person's name that I talked with, Was not service advisers' fault since I did not talk to him directly. Wish people giving info. out where updated on policies. I have been a customer for many years and was surprised by such faulty info. Never had a problem before.

I have been living here for 21 years and used to be a Ford man for years but now after purchasing 4 VW vehicles. You have excellent sales people Mark Torelli has sold me my last 2 vehicles and we are very happy with him on the team. My first car was sold to me by Gary DeStefano in fact Gary was the one who told me about VW in general and sold me on the make. I can say this Mark Torelli is very knowledgeable on the VW’s and friendly too. Another selling point is the Pete Moore facility ( lot, building crew members all very clean, people will shop and buy from a dealer just by the way it looks then when you have the right people in the right jobs it is an “ All Win Team”. It starts at the top with: General Manager Mike, Sales Manager Jeff and Service Manager Monty. I will always purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Now 3 of my neighbors have VW’s!!

Thank you Davis Nissan for great experience while getting my vehicle service. I have been a customer of this Dealership since 2018. I purchased 2016 Maxim from Westside Nissan and a 2020 Murano from Greenway Nissan. I stop by today as a walk in. I can honestly say the customer service has increased by 100% through out the dealership. My meet and great at Service Dept with Joey was outstanding. Katia Ruseva gave me a great overview of the 2025 Murano....I loved it. I definitely will be contacting Katia for a ride in Murano. I did notice on this visit a lot full of beautiful cars something I hadn't seen in pass. Highly Recommend if you looking for a good reasonable price car stop by.
