We had a great experience with Bridge Auto Group on December 10, 2024 especially with our sales man Bob Weiner. He did not over sell the car we purchased, he allowed the car to speak for itself. He was patient, warm and we thought he did an excellent job with the whole buying a used car experience. We would definitely recommend Bob and this dealership to others.

Excellent customer service, stayed after hours to complete sale with me and avoid me driving all the way home and back. Arranged shipping back of my old car as a courtesy service. Kwami who is a business manager tries to charge me 2 different amounts attached to an extended warranty that were never agreed to. These 2 charges totaled 1600 dollars. When this crook was confronted with it his explanation was "one of them is a paint protection for when birds crap on your car". If you are stupid enough to buy a car from Paramus Chevrolet do now let that crook Kwami near you or the car!!!

My wife and I were getting her '18 Encore serviced, and stopped in the showroom to look at the new models. Santiago Vega came up and introduced himself. He showed us the Encore GX and explained that what she was interested in was in the Avenir model. He got one in a few minutes, and after showing her the features, she decided to buy that one then and there. Santiago made everything so easy, that it was the best buying experience ever. I hope he sticks around because I want him as my salesman when I want to replace my car.

Visit one 25min diagnostic, I put in the part that was ordered, Visit two a power wire and check the system.Overpriced and sloppy work for the price too. A reminder to seek other options for service needs.

Sales Manager Lamore Merchant was the best! Aside from being a lovely person, he did everything he could to meet my needs price-wise, resulting in me buying a car from this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know. Allowed me to leave a deposit and come back the next day for another test drive. The only negative about the process was the extremely long wait time for all aspects of the transaction to happen. Perhaps this was because I was there on the last day of the month and it was very busy. Otherwise......I was very pleased.

Came here to lease a RAV4. When it came to the negotiations, the sales manager came out. He was extremely rude, and clearly marked up the vehicle without even being transparent about what the car price was. He literally came out with a blank sheet of paper and wrote a bunch of numbers down (red flag) and but wouldn’t print out the quote or give us the full price of the vehicle we were trying to buy. Overall super scammy, rude, and unprofessional. Do not buy from them!!

Bottom line: breach of contract, deceptive advertising, mechanical issues, fraud, rude employees, won't answer telephone, won't reply to business or personal calls/texts/emails, horrible customer service, deceptive employees, especially horrible experience for a single woman trying to purchase a used vehicle. Lies, deceptive, rude. If I could give 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate! Please head my warning and put this disgusting dealership out of business!
