BUYERS BEWARE. I purchased a truck from Capital Ford of Raleigh on August 21, 2024, and over 7 months later, they’ve still failed to provide a title. Capital Ford admitted they were unable to obtain the title, yet no resolution has been provided. Now, they’ve requested I return the truck to their lot so it appears unsold for DMV inspection purposes — instead of taking full responsibility for the issue. This situation has escalated to the point that I’ve filed a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office and have had to retain legal counsel. Think twice before buying here.

Unacceptable experience selling me a used truck as “New”. Was lied to during the process as my warranty should have gone into effect the day I purchased it not almost a year prior. Especially when I confirmed this with my salesman prior to purchase. Misrepresented mileage on paperwork. Tailgate was damaged, while I appreciate the attempt to fix it. It is unacceptable for the price paid for the truck.

They are a scam! Absolutely terrible service. Please, please don't buy from here unless you want to get scammed. Showed up to my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, which I drove 2 hours for.. They didn't have the keys to the car! So no test drive, just had to turn around and drive home... Also, the description said "minor cosmetic issues" which apparently means "Large crack in bumper and headlight, dents throughout the body of the car.". To make it right, they said they would drive it to me for a test drive. I tried negotiating price and they said someone else was already test driving it. DON'T TRUST THEM!

Whoever is reading this better hang on. I purchased a 2025 Bronco Sport. While signing the paperwork, I told the finance manager Dustin Bell about a bad experience I had last year with a dealer. He said, "this is why we record our conversations". This made me feel better about buying the vehicle. In case I had a question, or issue, I could listen to the recording. After going home and looking at the paperwork, I had a question about the deal/paperwork/sales rice. I contacted the dealership talked with a sales manager who also said they recorded their conversations. I asked for the email address of Dustin Bell. I reached out to Mr. Bell, who responded to a couple of my concerns but did address my request regarding the recording, or me coming in to sit down and listen to the recording to see if I was right or wrong. I sent another email, but no response. I then reached out to the GM, Jeremy Collins asking, even saying please let me come in so I can listening to the recording to ease my mind and verify my concerns. Did I get an invite to come in to listen to the recording? NO!!! So this tells me that they lied and knew it. Why would they tell me this? Was it a deceptive ploy, or tactic? Right now the answer is yes. The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) addresses this type of behavior. What do I do?

I've read the prior complaints and I am shocked because we've bought our second car at this location and throughout the services have been handled very professionally. We've had the same same salesman for both purchases and have been treated wonderfully (both purchases over 4 yrs! It's not just sales...it's also the shop as well. They also go out of their way to make us comfortable while we wait. When one car we purchased had a meltdown we chose the same model different (better color) no change in payment. Throughout all, employees were very polite and helpful. Our salesman Tony is very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks Crossroads Ford Apex.

I waited a while to do a review, just because I've been bamboozled in the past by dealerships, so when it came down to it, I was honestly terrified. But I honestly think Cameron did an amazing job. This has been my first car that hasn't been a complete jalopy. Customer service and just the help was wonderful. This car has made me cry on more than one occasion, knowing I have a truly reliable car. So I can't express how thankful and grateful I am!

Rolled in for an oil change, tire balance, and rotation, and rolled out with a truck so smug it’s basically auditioning for Top Gear. The oil’s so clean, my engine’s humming like it just dropped a mixtape—straight fire, no skips. The tires? Balanced and rotated with NASA-level precision—I’m out here Tokyo-drifting through suburbia, scaring squirrels and impressing exactly no one because I still can’t parallel park. The crew was faster than a caffeinated cheetah, nicer than my grandma with a plate of cookies, and I swear my Ranger whispered, ‘Thanks, bro,’ when I fired it up. Absolute legends—my truck’s living its best life now, and I’m just along for the ride!
