Because I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at Mooresville Ford, and I live several hundred miles away, the entire transaction took place without my ever visiting the dealership. Wary of that initially, any concerns were promptly dismissed, after speaking with a sales manager and my salesman. They made the purchase process effortless, quickly responding to any questions I had. I was so pleased with the experience that I referred a family member (who also lives several hundred miles away) to Mooresville Ford - who just happened to have the exact vehicle he was looking for. The only negative issue is that asking our sales rep for “sticker information “, we were told he didn’t have access to it. We wanted to know the F250 gas mileage & were only told we were getting a great engine. Our gas mileage averages 12 mpg😭
