I purchase a used vehicle about every two years between vehicles for my wife, myself, and my work van, so I've worked with a lot of car dealerships over the years. After nearly a month of searching for the right vehicle that my wife would be happy with, we finally found a Genesis GV70 at Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls. I want to start by saying that the vehicle, despite being a couple of years old, was in excellent condition. After spotting it on the lot, I went into the showroom and was greeted by Casey Speck. From the very beginning, Casey was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had plenty of questions about the GV70, and I was impressed by Casey's quick, confident, and detailed answers. Considering Genesis is not the dealership's primary brand, his knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional. We spent over an hour reviewing and test-driving the SUV, and Casey never made us feel rushed or pressured. By the end of the visit, we felt the vehicle was priced fairly and confidently decided to purchase it. As most car buyers know, the finance office is often the part of the process people look forward to the least. Fortunately, our experience with Cody Dezsi, the Business Manager, was just as positive. Cody was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. He explained all of our options clearly and never pressured us into purchasing products or services we didn't need. Overall, our vehicle-buying experience at Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls was outstanding from start to finish. Both Casey and Cody made the process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would absolutely consider Ron Marhofer again for my next vehicle purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that values customer service and professionalism.

The service itself was apparently done well & completed in an appropriate amount of time. The service desk was a huge change from my first oil change experience there. Lunch was being eaten at the desk, one person didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to check in my car, and the desk itself appeared to be a chaotic mess of papers strewn everywhere. None of it was a good look for a Genesis dealership.

I didn't care for the intimidation with the offer of insurance we didn't want, and there were a couple other vehicle issues that took weeks to resolve but the good store manager made sure things got resolved. I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.

The service and attention the team at Hyundai in Beavercreek, Ohio consistently delivers to their customers is the barometer by which all other car dealerships should measure themselves by. Two months ago, I totaled my car that I had leased from this dealership just two years ago. I walked in and sat with the finance manager Ozzie Rached who just hugged me said they would take care of me. Mike Lewis, unbelievably patient, spent hours helping me with multiple questions and concerns on three different occasions. I selected the exact car I wanted but decided to keep shopping for a few days and went to seven other dealerships in the Dayton area. Not one of them welcomed me they the people at Hyundai. I did find a few cars that I liked as well as the Hyundai I had previously selected, but the way I was treated left me fearful that I would not matter to them and my car and I would be treated like just another business customer. I did not have money for a down payment or even my first car payment. One of the Hyundai managers paid my first payment on my new car and I hate that I cannot remember his name! There was an entire team of people who worked and helped me, most whose names I cannot remember because I forgot to ask for their business cards. I felt supported every instant I was there and even though I had not filled out the survey within the first 30 days, they still continue to treat me like I am part of their family.

I encountered some issues during my visit to the dealership to purchase my Palisade upgrading from a 2022 to 2026. I left the dealership without completing the transaction but received a call the next day from the General Manager Travis who offered a resolution and the transaction was completed over the phone and online. Thanks Travis and JW Hyundai.
