Stay away!! Beware!! Purchased a car and paid 9k and after buying a new transmission 1 week after buying car, the total went to 18k!!! Dealership accepted no responsibility! The car fax i was shown did not show the car was wrecked. The car taillight was wired to the transmission!!! Nissan rep had to come to the certified mechanic shop to diagnose my car!!

It was actually a pretty great experience. None of the typical sleazy sales moves. They just showed me the cars I asked to see and let me drive them, and then waited for me to talk to them. They were upfront and honest like people should be. I bought the car and so far very happy with it.

I had the experience of dealing with the service department and ERICK VEGA was my person. I am not from here nor do I live here but my Acura MDX was lighting up my dashboard so I brought it in to be assessed. Erick, was kind, considerate, professional and gave me the utmost respect. I am a female and I hate dealing with issues like this on my own because I always am aware that there are salespeople who are scammers; NOT HIM! He spoke with my extended warranty people and handled the whole thing without my first worry. Please, please give this dealership a chance if you are in the market for an Acura and ask for this young man by name!!!

If you’re thinking about doing any kind of business at this dealership, please do your research first. There is a reason they EARNED a C rating, and aren’t accredited with the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason you never see the same faces when you go in for sales, service or parts. They lie, cheat, and steal. Not only to their customers, but to their employees as well. Their reputation is so bad, they say they’re now under new ownership. They aren’t. They have a new General Manager that continues to do the same bad business they’ve always done. Don’t waste your time.

Sold me a junk car and have been no help with fixing or replacing.Paid $2700 for new transmission and went out in a week.Told them car needs to be picked up and currently is location I had to leave and walk home from When you call the constantly lie and prolong any work or help on vehicle. Probably gonna lose my job because of there neglect and I highly recommend no one deals with this dealership. Same your time and money!!

El 26 de Julio 2025 compre una camioneta GMC 2024 usada , ellos sabian qie tenia problemas del aire me mintieron horrible me hicieron sentir como estupida cuando a los 2 dias les reclame. Me hicieron gastar mi tiempo 2 veces el encargado de mantenimiento le cambio partes y el problema no lo arreglaron . Me decian que corriera la camioneta para que comenzara a enfriar un jefe de mantenimiento que diga es lo mas estupido.al final me dijo que la llevara a un dealer de GMC el gerente y la vendedora hablaba perfecto español. Ellos abusan de los hispanos que no leemos los contratos. Por fabor gente latina mucho cuidado , no le deseo a nadie mi tan mala experiencia , algo mas tengan cuidado con la garantia. La compre con 35,885 millas y cuando regrese con ellos tenia 100 millas mas de 36 mil ya no tenia garantia del aire. Ellos me vendieron una aseguranza el costo es mas de 5000 dollares .y ellos usaron esa aseguranza segun para arreglarla y nomas sacaron mas dinero para ellos por no sirvio de nada las partes que pusieron. En otro lugar pusieron nueva compresora . No recomiendo este lugar no les doy ni una estrella .

Sales department is atrocious! Since 2001 I have purchased 7 new Hyundai's. I went shopping for a Tucson and had one of the most terrible experiences ever trying to by. I did my homework, looked the dealers website and picked out a specific model with their internet pricing. Dealership is aggressive at getting you in the door which is fine, and I arranged an appointment for a test drive. LOVE THE CAR! Then came the bad.. their internet pricing was not honored. Their numbers while discussing price didn't even come close to their internet pricing. When I demonstrated the online price they just stopped and stated they couldn't sell the car for that price. Worse, they had $3,999 in extras added to the car which was not disclosed prior to arrival. Didn't ask for these extras (ie seat coat protection, paint protection, etc). Combine their inability to honor their own internet pricing with these hidden fees and you have a dealership that at best is dishonest, if not out right criminal in their deception. Their are several good dealerships in the Houston area and I have used at least 3 of them previously. Love Hyundai, but this dealership can not be recommended.

They listed a car at $23,394 but raised it to $26,100 with fabricated “finance fees.” That breaks TILA (15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq.) and Texas Finance Code §§ 348.005 & 348.102, which demand transparent disclosure. They insisted on a service contract, which is illegal under Texas Occupations Code § 1304.006. When we refused, Calvin Redmond walked off. Andrew Haines changed stories, violating Texas Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46(b)(12). Their conduct constitutes bait-and-switch, banned by § 17.46(b)(9) and FTC Act § 5. Luis Toledo removed the illegal contract but refused to match the advertised price, citing conflicting “fees.” That’s false under § 17.46(a) and (b)(12). The deal should have been: $23,394 price → $20,083 financed. They charged $22,958.43, violating TILA, Finance Code, and DTPA § 17.46(b)(11). Complaints will be filed with Texas AG, FTC, and Texas DMV Enforcement. Do not do business here. This dealership relies on deception and illegal add-ons.

They told me it was my engine charge me to replace the engine then two days later did not turn on i almost got fired from my job cause of how many times its broken down on me and only had the car 3 months ridiculous DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE !!!’

Set up a time with Chrissy met her early inspected vehicle took drive made cash offer and finished paperwork exactly as shown in posting with no changes or additions. This has proven to be extremely stressful. 2 weeks ago I send payment for half of the total vehicle cost. I was told the vehicle would be delivered on Monday and the vehicle never arrived . Tuesday I reached out to Cole Bailey and was told it would be delivered the following Monday at 6pm again this delivery time and date came and went with no vehicle delivered. I have reached out again and told the vehicle will be delivered tonight at 6pm. I have a full schedule and am not available to wait around for this days and weeks have no vehicle yet. Very poor communication. I just received a phone call from Cole saying " how about we shove lawyers so far up your a$$ you have hemroids" then he repeated it, when I informed him I was recording the conversation he replied what a tragedy. I ended the call at that time. This is not a reputable company to work with. Buyer beware

Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer.

I bought a brand new MDX from Mac Churchill - the one that went bankrupt in North Fort Worth. It had a bad transmission, which they replaced with a transmission that was so jerky you wouldn't believe how awful it was to drive. After numerous complaints and no repair, I finally sold the car. I took a loss of course. Then I requested a refund on my extended warranty agreement, which they owe me. They have not refunded it and it's been almost a year. They have horrible service and will cheat you out of your money if they can. I would never buy from another Mac Churchill dealership.
