Had a battery problem on my F150 I bought at Henson, local Ford dealer would not replace it as they said it was a AC Delco. I bought this truck new off the Henson lot. I called the Henson Group, service manager and he said bring it on up, he'd take care of it. He did replace the faulty battery in record time. Explained what happened and fixed me right up. Way to go Mr. Martinez.

I had an unusual thing happen, the same day I purchased my Ford Maverick, there was a recall so I had to wait a while to get my truck. The experience from introductions to signing was excellent. This team is friendly, down to earth and helpful. I found the truck on line, made contact with the dealership, worked out a price, worked out financing and eventually bought plane ticket and flew to Texas. The dealership had arranged for Bill to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. The trip was a pleasure, Bill was great company and a good driver. My salesman Josh was there to greet me, show me the vehicle and do a test drive and help me through paperwork. James the used vehicle manager helped us complete the transaction, and Randall the finance manager helped me with the necessary documents before arrival and after departure. I drove the pick up home. Bill even helped me plan the best route out of town to get home, and escorted me for the first few miles. These are good people.
