Took my Explorer in because it was misfiring pretty badly and the check engine light came on. They identified a few other problems (as always), and changed a spark plug. When I got it back the next day, the check engine light is no longer on but it's still misfiring.

My 2019 Lincoln Navigator L experienced trans failure as I pulled into my driveway. I had my car towed to Ted B. Lincoln Chantilly for review/service. I informed them that I would like my car repaired under the TB Engine/Powertrain for life warranty. My Service advisor/Brandyn proceeded to write up my service history and process my claim. Brandyn had provided me with a loaner and kept me informed along the way where we were in the approval process. The approval took a little time but once approved my transmission along with all the associated items that goes along with this task was replaced and covered 100%, My car is back on the road, drives like new. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with Teb Britt and their Service Department. Ted Britt has built a Flagship Dealership in Chantilly and I'm proud to be a new family member for life. My suggestion to people in the market for a Lincoln, make Ted Britt your first and last stop in your search.

We purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from this dealer two weeks ago. Our sales person, Michael Mills, was amazing! We built and ordered the vehicle, so he kept us abreast through the process. The Finance Manager, Chris Vanmeter, was obnoxious, condescending and disrespectful because we decided we did not want to purchase any of the warranties. We used our own financing, but we respectfully sat through his discussion. He was high-pressure, which doesn’t faze me, but ended up calling us stupid and crazy for not purchasing a warranty. We have purchased many, many cars over the years, so we certainly know what we want and don’t want. I have tried to reach the GM for the dealership as well as the owners - none have returned my call. We buy Ford vehicles regularly, but we will never buy from this dealership again or encourage anyone else to do so.

We had a 2018 Ford escape with 62 thousands miles when the motor blew it was still under warranty and they fixed that we got it back four months later and the transmission come out of it they come and got it took it back up there call me said it was gonna cost us over $6000 that it was not under warranty we went and got it and took it somewhere else and come to find out. It was not our fault Brent the service manager called me and said that they was going to fix it that it was their fault so we’ve had good experience with them and hope to continue to have good experience with them. He stood behind his word to me, and I really gladly appreciate what he done for us. He is a man of his word.

The worst. Took my 2020 explorer to have a axle leak fixed and and the top mechanic tell me its not leaking when there was axle oil drenched on the felt bottom cover and dripping from actuator on front axle .I had to drive back to the dealer to show and argue with him where is was leaking.He finally agreed to fix it. After 2 days my vehicle was still outside nothing done .Girl at the service desk was rude and said this place is a xxxx hole. She was waiting on warranty to call back. So i called the my warranty company they said nobody called about anything on my vehicle. I just took my explorer and left.

By contrast, my experience with Dustin and Paul Obaugh was first-rate. Dustin sold us the truck we'd been searching for with no hassle or surprises. The truck cost what he said it would and he was very patient with us through the entire process of selling and transporting the vehicle to Colorado. I highly recommend Dustin as a salesman.

I had an amazing experience with Kevin Smiley of Hardee Ford! He took time after hours to accommodate my busy schedule. He met with me on several occasions to help me with my decision. He didn't call me and bug me like a lot of car dealers have done to me in the past. He also didn't try to push a vehicle on me that I didn't want. I told him what I wanted and what I expected, and he delivered! I have purchased 6 vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience yet.
