Promises kept. We have purchased several new cars over the past 40 years and our experience at Koons Sterling Ford was the best ever. Our sales person (Edward Claros-Flores) was a pleasure to work with. The price quoted was the price we paid. Options for add ons were presented respectfully without any of the usual pressure we have experienced elsewhere. Our paperwork was handled promptly and professionally. Edward made sure that our new truck was ready upon our arrival and was perfectly detailed. Everyone we met at the dealership made sure we had a positive experience.

I had bought a 2020 ford escape from Jason pearman that had some body issues and it was the worst experience possible for my first time buying a car, thank god he is no longer there because I wouldn’t recommend him. I decided to give them a second chance and I went to Corey oxendine and he has been more then helpful and responsive he got me traded out of the escape into a 2024 ford edge and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly reccommend Corey Oxendine and I think this boy deserves a raise or a promotion or something. He has beyond helped me when nobody else wanted to and I appreciate everything he did for me. I drove all the way from Memphis, TN for a 2022 Ford Explorer xx I found online. Throughout the entire process from when I first found the car to when I picked it up, Hakeem, Alex, Marcello, and Ramon were always there to help with any questions or concerns I had. I picked up the car and while I was driving back home a factory defect took the car out of service. They covered my tow back to the dealership for the repair, the repair itself, and a rental car. Phuc and Russel were in communication about the status of the repair, and helped answer any of my questions and calm my nerves. Genuinely the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I would gladly make the drive again if they had a car I wanted. If you're in the area, I HIGHLY recommend Koons Ford Falls Church. The staff is amazing, helpful, and friendly, and the waiting room coffee is delicious! 5/5

adjusted review. I was refunded the charge for wheel damage on a rental car. Was reached out to by Joesph Britt and he apologized for my experience. That means alot. Thank you No never buy a car from here. bought a 2023 expedition with only 20k miles and had to bring it back because the Gold certified. truck had 4 major leaks and needed a new transfer case. The service department is terrible Jesse wont call you you have to call him. and The rental car department will Scam you they will say you damaged a car and it all because they did not do a walk around when they rented you the car like every other rental car company does. They said well " you should have done one yourself" BUT they wont give you the keys or show to the car until you sign it.

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.
