Had driven about 1,100 mile from Alabama to Boston. Truck started acting up about 1.5 miles from Sentry Ford. So, here we are Friday afternoon, thousands of miles from home, and truck is un-driveable. Dealership said they were unable to look at truck until Monday. Service Advisor Dianne, went out of her way to aid us in getting rental car, even having someone drive us to the rental car facility. She was diligent in keeping us updated on service of the truck, and really made a very very stressful situation much more tolerable. If I lived up here Sentry would be my dealership hands down. He help me get into a brand new car, when i did not think it was possible.
