I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car.
