I had the best experience working with Diana Strain! From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, personable, warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend asking to work with her!

#5!!!!!! Yes #5 for us Junior and the team always go above and beyond for us at the dealership. We talked with Junior about our truck and we discussed about getting another and within 2 hour’s signing some paperwork because i was out of town and the internet was a blessing to help speed up the deal while i drove there . Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler on the lot at heritage valley Ford in Brooklyn CT. Called the dealership and was set up with the salesman Tim Wesolowski. Ask a few questions and requested a few additional pictures since I am 4 hours away and was provided with everything very quickly. After deciding this was definitely the vehicle for us I set out to make a sight unseen deal based on Tim's word. After a gentlemen's handshake over the phone we agreed on a price and a time and date when we would make the drive with check in hand. Over the course of the next few days Tim answered a few additional questions we had and made sure everything was ready for us to go. We arrived Saturday morning to a spotlessly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas and we're immediately greeted by Tim. We went for a test ride and everything checked out. Within 30 minutes the transaction was complete and we had the keys to our Jeep. Tim felt more like a friend than a car salesman that that that highly recommended both him and the dealership. The car performed flawlessly on the four hour drive home as I'm sure it will for many years to come. I cannot say enough good about the whole transaction. Thanks for everything.

I came in for a service concern on my 2005 Escape. She has always been good to me and I knew the time was coming close with over 200,000 miles on her. I soon learned the bad news and the repair bill was going to be huge. Joe, one of the salesman there, heard of my concerns and offered to work out some numbers on a new or pre-owned vehicle. I told him I always buy new vehicles and he sat me down, took all of my information, and offered to show me different vehicles to see what fit me best. I really liked the new Escapes: packed with features, super comfortable to drive, and tons of interior room for what they call a "compact" SUV. We went on a test drive in the Titanium and the ride couldn't have been smoother. Quick acceleration and silky smooth on the highway. We got back to the dealer and I told him I was interested and wasn't expecting to get much out of my little Escape due to the age, mileage, and current estimated repair costs, but he told me he would get me as much money as he could all things considered. He then offered me a nice hot cup of coffee while his manager took a look at my car. He came back with a fair offer all things considered and I decided to go forward and buy the car. His manager (Kevin I believe), even came out to personally thank me for my business. We talked a little bit and he told me he's been there for a long time and seemed to truly enjoy what he does. In my experience in purchasing vehicles over the past 35 years, he was one of the friendliest and personable managers I have ever met. I then met Gary in Finance who made the paperwork very simple and transparent. He answered all my questions completely and honestly and was even kind enough to explain warranty provisions and optional extended contracts for complete piece of mind where I keep my vehicles so long. I was then greeted by Joe again who took over an hour and a half explaining EVERYTHING in the vehicle and even setting up my phone so I can start my car from it! I was amazed! Now coming from a 2005 and not having a clue what half of the features were was confusing enough, but Joe took the time to answer all of my questions and never got frustrated. He even invited me back to go over it again if I had any concerns! Overall the entire process was painless and straightforward. I never once got the impression I was being taken as I have felt at other places in the past with fast-talkers and poor service after the sale. This place truly cares about their customers and I will not hesitate to come back again (perhaps even sooner than last time) for all future vehicles and of course service! Thank you again!

After dealing with so many sketchy dealerships in CT, Bowens was a breath of fresh air!! I brought in my Focus RS for a leaking timing cover (warranty work) and they promptly fixed the issue. I also had a check engine code and the repair for that would not be covered under warranty and they were not pushy at all about making me get that work done (this code does not effect driveability just emissions). I ended up choosing to save the money to try to fix it myself. They were patient and answered every question I had. I really have not had a dealership experience like this before. Highly highly recommend! This is the ONLY dealership I will trust bringing my car back to. I live over an hour away and it was well worth it to bring my car here
