He did all the foot work with my aftermarket warranty company and saved me thousands in cost . I can’t say thank you enough to this man. Received the Silverado back after a transmission replacement and other services & Joey called me said the truck was ready for pick up but he wouldn’t be there that day so that told me he did this on his personal time . Now I ask who does that anymore ? I can tell you Joey does. He stated the truck was tested and runs like a dream . When I picked it up another gentleman took care of me who was also very nice. He had my truck pulled up to the door and the A/C cooled down in the truck before I stepped into it. Can’t say enough about this Dealerships Service department. I visited Heyward Allen today for the first time. I was greeted by the very kind receptionist holding the door open for me when I arrived. She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn’t quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn’t try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn’t afford. Needless to say he won my business and I’m a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I’m also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. Thank you Luke and Sean!!

They made up a lie about my credit it was totally false because I was already approved through GM for financing. They caused me to waste time and money. This should be considered fraud. One truck hotshot operator out of Birmingham. This past Tuesday headed north on I-75 about 40 miles south of Perry, GA my new 3500 dashboard lit up and slowed the truck to 62 mph. I called a dealer closer to me at the time and service dept told me because of holiday weekend I could come by but it would be the following week before they could take a look at it. I was pulling a 40 ft trailer with 4 deliveries to make the next day. Found Hamby Chevrolet online and decided to limp to their location. Park out front about 4:15 and go to the service department manager’s office. He was immediately on it. He instructed that we are up against the clock, to pull on to the grassy area in front of the dealership, drop the trailer and bring him the truck asap. I did and into the service area he went with my truck. Determined I was having electrical feedback from either my electronic log or electric trailer brake system. Reset my truck electronics, suggested I get those 2 sources checked when I got back home and had me out the front gate before 5:00. Words escape me to adequately express my gratitude!! I make my living with this truck and being out of commission with a load on my trailer for a week would have severe consequences for me. Next time I need a truck, Hamby gets my business!!
