Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

Still in the preliminary stages of trying to sort this out, but long story short, I brought my low-mileage Jeep Wrangler (purchased at Gator) in for service, check engine light was on and engine was running rough. So, $1800 and five trips later, Jeep still had check engine light and was still running rough. Was told to "drive it and it would clear up." Service manager Scott Davis offered to investigate further for an additional $4200. I am currently having the vehicle evaluated for service performed and continuing issue. Be careful at the Gator Jeep dealership service center, their prices are inflated, and in my case, the problem went unresolved, though I paid in good faith.

Very dishonest organization, and it is truly unfortunate that it is in Mercedes-Benz dealer. They sold me a car that had 12,000 miles on it and with the 130 point inspection and full detail. After receiving the call, I realized your car was never detailed. I never even waxed. Additionally, the left front tire was flat and should've been replaced before releasing the car. The battery level was at 11.94 which is very low and complete unacceptable. The manager spoke to me and completely lied to me that the car on the went all the above and was shipped to me in XO and condition. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. It's truly disgraceful that a Mercedes-Benz dealer in the United States should be this dishonest. Stay away

We found the car of my college-age daughter's dream through the assistance of Kyle, who amazingly located a pristine Jeep Wrangler that matched our needs completely. Everything about our transaction with Osman Super Center was above board. They were straight-forward, easy to deal with, and did everything they said they would do. The price of the Jeep was on target with the Blue Book value, but could have been priced even higher due to it's excellent condition and other upgrades. We felt that Perry Osman gave us a great deal! The entire staff was super friendly, from the mechanics in the garage, to the office staff. The business manager, Carol, made the paper-signing process enjoyable and fun. On the night we closed on the car, she and Kyle stayed late to accommodate our work schedules. We can give our unequivocal recommendation for this dealership, and will be visiting there again when our younger daughter needs a car!

I never felt pressured nor was I talked into anything besides the car I wanted...not to mention did everything they could to get me in that car that day! Since the purchase I have had a leak and even though they were a buy here pay here lot and the car was as is they even went above and beyond to fix the problem! This place is a NIGHTMARE I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey With the understanding that the issues I'd pointed out would be fixed (Burning oil, alignment, motor mount) I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and he's autistic He was so excited (he called it the mystery machine) The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back! (Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins. And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours! I drove it around the block and as I suspended NOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive,came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back! She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed! And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me! I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00 And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't! These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!

The staff is helpful but the owners don't care about their customers. I was sold a lemon. It has issues with the transmission, ac, belt, computer and the radiator. I asked them to make it right and put me in another vehicle. I was told I would have to make another down payment and add the remainder of my original loan on top of that. Not to mention the vehicle I purchased was listed at over $7000 and was only worth $2000. Do not buy a car here unless you want to overpay & have your vehicle break down before it is paid off. Update They sell lemons and have you pay extra for the warranty. The only problem with that is they refuse to honor their warranties. Good luck if you decide to purchase a car here. You will def be disappointed.
