I bought an SUV from DriveTime Huntsville Al on 11/14/25 on 11/16/25 we found the wheel bearing was going out. Contacted the DriveTime store Manager on 11/17/25. She sent me to the warranty service. This was a weeks long of hair pulling issues and misinformation from service provider. MS Tory called me 11/20/25 to follow up. At the time we had gotten nothing from warranty or service provider. On Saturday 11/22/25 I went to DriveTimes Huntsville Location sat down with the Mgr Tory I was frustrated and ready to just park this vehicle that I Truly Loved. I thought of even trying to make the attempt to repair it myself. But Ms. Tory professionally and with a true concern explained this is not normal and reassured me we could get it repaired. She made arrangements with Firestone to check the vehicle out. Tabatha at Firestone was amazing as well. She calmed me down she did her job with the knowledge and kindness that was very much an attitude change for me. She got the inspection done got the warranty claim submitted and the vehicle repaired in 4.5 hours versus the week long other situation. Thank you so very Much store Manager Tory at DriveTime and Tabatha Moore @ Firestone you both did what you said you were going to do. This kept me from getting angry or worse trying to repair this myself. This 2019 Ford Explorer Limited is now drivable and I truly love this vehicle. Thank you so very much.

I went in just to look at the new 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands I owned a 2022 Badlands and wanted to trade it in. I was upside down a bit and a lower credit score they were still able to get me into a new 2025 with maintenance plan and extended bumper to bumper warranty for a great deal. The entire process of purchasing a vehicle was conducted remotely—from my home in Texas while Matt is in Alabama—via phone, text, and email. The transaction was seamless: the truck was shipped and arrived in perfect condition, and all title documentation was correct. What truly impressed me was the follow-through. A week after the sale was finalized, the truck developed a major mechanical issue. Without any haggling or avoidance ("not my problem"), Matt immediately took full responsibility and ensured the problem was resolved, simply by doing the right thing. I highly recommend his services and give this experience five stars, plus a few more if possible.

I called Team One and we drove to Albertville Alabama and met with Ron, the Sales Manager and he sold us our new 2025 Nissan Murano SL. What a great experience.
