Checked out my truck right away but transmission didn't slip. Told them only slips first drive of the day. They said GM has a bulletin out that these trucks are slipping on first drive of day until fluid gets pulled up. Says GM bulletin states no known fix. Would appreciate if you could check to see if they found a fix. Only have another 5000 miles left on my extended warranty.

Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Brandon was a good sales rep who was very transparent and nice to deal with One thing about this dealership is they do inspections on some of their used vehicles and if needed, make appropriate repairs prior to sale. In our case they did the brakes. And the car was super clean. Having looked at many cars at other Serra owned dealerships this is not always the case and mostly the exception. Would definitely buy a car there again. Fair pricing and pleasant staff.

A few years ago, i was in Gaylord and my xxx truck broke down again on the road in front of their lot. They knew I couldn't afford another vehicle yet and the Gentlemen still helped me get my truck off the road and then drove me to my job interview while still treating me with respect. The dealership did repairs on my truck I still had under lease, balljoints, idler arm, pitman arm, new tires and rims. They didn't tighten down the driverside CV axle nut and the wheel bearing exploded while going down the road, the idler and pitman arms were never replaced even though I was charged labor and parts for it. The tires were not new, there is a plug in one when I got ot and it's now a slow leak. Don't buy from them or let them do work on your vehicle.

I also left my vehicle with JW’s Service Center to have a few accessories added and those guys were awesome!! I brought in my 2019 Ram because at random the cluster would so out while driving. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted with a handshake and was treated as I was the only priority the advisor (Andy) had of the day. I was checked in and shown where the waiting area was. There was coffee, tea, cookies and water for refreshments and the waiting area was clean and quite. A short time later, Andy came to tell me that they needed to order a part for my truck and that if I would like, Chrysler would pay for a rental if I didn't want to drive my truck while waiting for the part. Once the part was in, it was promptly installed and I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I returned to pick it up, I was again warmly greeted and my truck was pulled around for me. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service and would recommend this service department to any and all who need their vehicles repaired. Thank You Bill Marsh!!!!

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

My daughter bought a vehicle from Betten Baker about 2 months ago. She’s only made one payment on it and already has to replace the engine. I contacted them and they aren’t willing to do anything to make it right. They state they inspected it prior to selling and there was nothing wrong with it. However, the damage done to this engine was due to being run out of oil several times, which hasn’t even had time to do. They clearly saw an opportunity to take advantage of a young lady that knows nothing about vehicles and jumped on that opportunity.

Purchasing my Subaru Crosstrek and trading in my Ford Explorer, was so much easier than I could have anticipated. He even sent me links to find answers to any remaining questions after I had closed the deal and gone home. A great experience!
