On April 30, 2026, I noticed a voltage malfunction warning on my 2017 Toyota Highlander, possibly related to the alternator or battery. I went to Olathe Toyota, my regular (home) dealership, and spoke with a service advisor. I explained everything in detail and showed him all the warning messages displayed on my vehicle’s screen. He told me they were unable to fix my car at that time and offered to schedule an appointment for another day. I then asked him whether he believed the car was safe to drive, and he said yes. Hearing that gave me some confidence, so I agreed to schedule the appointment for a later date. However, when I returned to my car, it would not start at all. Fortunately, a technician kindly helped me by charging the battery so I could get the car running again. Even after that, the same warning messages were still showing, indicating that the issue was serious and potentially unsafe to drive. That technician then introduced me to another excellent service advisor, Adam White. After seeing the situation, Adam immediately recognized that it was not safe for me to drive the vehicle and made sure I did not leave in a dangerous condition. I am writing this comment to express my sincere appreciation for Adam White’s professionalism and care. At the same time, I hope the first service advisor I spoke with will be more careful in handling situations like this in the future, as they directly affect customer safety.

I had another great experience buying a vehicle from Luxury & Imports in Leavenworth. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them (the first was a 2017 Kia Sportage back in 2020) And this time I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They gave me a very fair trade-in value for my Kia, which made the process feel straightforward and stress-free. The staff is always great to work with, and they were quick and easy to address and fix a few small issues we noticed with the truck. A big shoutout to Anthony Reutlinger, who worked with me for about a month before I ever stepped foot back on the lot. Since I live about 45 minutes away, he made sure to make the process as easy as possible and minimize unnecessary travel. He consistently sent me options, stayed in touch, and ultimately helped his team find the right truck for exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported through the whole process. Luxury & Imports has earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be back when it’s time for another vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

If we could give Luther Mazda in Lee's Summit a 10 star we would! Car dealerships are incredibly stressful for me, and I have been dreading looking for a new car. We were greeted by our salesman John, who offered to show us any car we wanted. John was not pushy with trying to sell us a car and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help us find what we were looking for. He was very kind and knew we really wanted a Mazda and worked alongside the sales manager, Shaun, to make it possible. John took the time showing us every feature of the car, walked us through downloading the Mazda app onto our phones, and just made the experience really great. The sales manager Shaun, also knew we really loved the car, and worked with us on a final price which we are thankful for, because we LOVE our new car! Mark, the sales consultant was also very helpful/thorough, providing us all our options for warranties and finally closing out the deal. All 3 of them, made the process easy, the customer service was amazing, and we left satisfied with our purchase. WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have had to go to after my car was stolen. I CANNOT BELIEVE how kind, helpful, honest, they were here. They made sure the car I was buying used was perfect, and they worked as a team after I called first thing in morning to buy it. We had test driven it the night before with salesman Matt and then woke up and called saying we wanted to buy it but my car salesman was off. Matt was very nice and NOT pushy. After he knew we weren't going to buy that night he still continued to chat with us and give great advice on car buying in general. The sales manager Bruce assured me they worked as a team and that Matt would get commission for it-- the sales manager and finance manager Tyler were beyond assuring during a high anxiety time. Tyler took care of a scratch in the plastic and the chip in the windshield for free, and you cannot tell either were there. Sitting through an hour of paperwork signing would've sucked and most finance managers are jerks but Tyler was kind and very knowledgeable about finance and cars in general. Side note They do not haggle but if you have been car shopping most places don't any more. They believe in coming forth with their best price and then the financier shops for the best loan for you. If you tell them your monthly goal they will make sure you meet that. They really made the car buying experience friendly and hometown feeling. It totally didn't suck at all. They even delivered my car to me since I would not have a ride to go get it. I will be checking there first for our next car. If you're tired of the big dealerships where you're just a number, this is the place to start.

I took my car in for service (oil change, tire going low pressure, and my battery was not charging. Come to find out, it was operator error. Nathan, very nicely, explained to me how the battery feature worked. He took time out of his busy day to explain every thing to me and showed me on the vehicle the features and what buttons to push. Very nice guy. Definitely going back to have them do any other work that needs done.
