Juan Magdigal, my sales agent,was truly exceptional in making sure I was informed on the accessories I wanted on the Tundra Limited I wanted. The sales manager went out of her way to locate the specific truck I wanted, as the one I wanted to buy was in Covington, LA, and was sold before we could make a deal. A special thanks also goes to the finance manager in taking the time to describe my options in financing and extended warranties. My wife and I have had a long history with Toyota products to include three previous Tundras, a Prius, and my wife’s Corolla, which was purchased from Hampton Toyota in 2022. Finally, we have had nothing but good experiences with Hampton Toyota, to include the service department, which keeps our vehicles in top condition. We look forward to a long and lasting relationship with Hampton Toyota!

I was recently in for service on or about Monday August 17, 2026, and had some warranty work performed and an oil change and Miss Caitlin in the service department promised me she’d have my 2024 GLS 450 ready on time and cleaned up ready to go and Miss Caitlin delivered on her promise with her standard pleasant smile and great attitude toward her customers and the warranty work was performed excellently and she even managed to discover an issue with the dash screen that was also covered by the Warranty and though I forgot to put it on my laundry list of stuff to fix, Miss Caitlin and her service tech found it and fixed it. That’s what I call great service. And Mr. Kenny in the service department always greets me with a pleasant happy to help you smile every time and made sure my SUV was all cleaned up. Also Mr. Tyrone is always making sure I am promptly shuttled home while the service department services my SUV. I brought a used 2013 Honda Accord in July 2023 with warranty. I must have brought this car to Honda for 6 or 7 times for the same problem. Then come to find out the transmission is slipping. I have been dealing with Barker since 1999 . I brought 3 vehicles paid them off now purchasing a 2022 CRV and the 2013 Honda Accord. They been patching the problem up until my warranty runs out in August or 152,000 in 2025 . Barker Honda on Martin Luther King was a very big disappointment to me.
