Not my typical car dealership experience, and glad for it. I live in FL, Shottenkirk CDJR is in TX. I’ve been looking for a very specifically color and optioned truck for a while now, I ended up finding it with them. Call make sure the truck is what it is, get the pictures and videos I ask for. I decided to go forward with purchasing the truck site unseen. Mind you I’ve never purchased a vehicle without a test drive, let alone without seeing it in person altogether from another state so I was nervous. I get a call from the finance manager to talk numbers. We settle on a price, he sends me the contract, I’m going through it. When I tell you this man did not add a dollar to the price of the truck in dealer fees or add on’s for tire protection, paint protection, floor mats extended warranty the list goes on, I mean it he didn’t add a single penny, what we spoke of is what was in that contract and I was honestly in shock but obviously happy. Also, all of this has now happened between about 6PM and 930 my time, 7PM and 1030 in TX. The truck was delivered to my house today by a transporter and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier. I’ve got to say thank you to Lee in sales and Trevor the finance manager. Y’all have gone above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. You’ve earned my future business.

I bought a 2020 Chevy truck 2 1/2 years ago from this dealership. The transmission went out one year after purchasing the truck which they warranty, but didn’t pay for a rental car and cost me my truck two months of downtime that I had to pay for out of my pocket. My credit score is always been 650 to 700. I have never owed anything. They used a company called TD auto finance to financially screw me over the purchase price of my used truck was 39,000. I have paid $27,000 total payments and I still owe $33,000 on my truck 2 1/2 years later I knew better because I’ve paid several vehicles off in my lifetime. I need to get outside financing because they are financial crooks, but I will never use them again. I will never send anybody there and I will never give them positive word-of-mouth my children that will both buy vehicles will not be from there and they will overall lose business because of what they did to me financially, I understand the transmission issue and their shop is always backed up. Their turnaround time is horrible. They don’t pay their technicians. They don’t pay anybody and they take money from everyone. They use shady financial institutions to xxxx people financially so they are done in my eyes. I will never go back there. They might have made a bunch of money off me in one deal, but they could’ve made a lot more money off me over repeat service and I will never go back there and get screwed over like that financially.

I took my Yukon in for a problem with the brakes slipping - dollinsfamily4

I took my Yukon in for a problem with the brakes slipping on sudden stops. I was charged for a new battery and an alignment after they kept my vehicle 6 days. The tech said , “I couldn’t make the brake light come on because the battery voltage is too low.” I said the brake light doesn’t come on - the brakes fail. He informed me he HAD to put in a battery to figure it out. Then … no light came on - no surprise to me, it never has. I said drive it and brake suddenly; they will slip. He still couldn’t look at the physical brake pads or drive it to find an issue. $400 later (battery and alignment), AND I still have to take my car to a REAL mechanic to get the brakes fixed. Ridiculous gaslighting and overcharging. Do NOT go. Drive to Fort Worth or Weatherford.
