It was simple. I got what I wanted and felt good about it It was simple. I got what i wanted and felt good about it. All the things I didn't want were simply removed. The process was nice and using my GMC discount was easy and painless. I feel like Daniel was very honest with me and straightforward. Very good communication skills. I really don't have much say. Small nitpick would be I noticed a small scratch on the interior after getting the bed liner installed that I didn't notice before. That was the last thing I wanted before pick up of the vehicle. Not exactly what I wanted to see on a brand new vehicle, maybe the dash is just sensitive and that's my feedback. But it happens. I would come back again that has nothing to do with Daniel or Hulk.

The best car buying experience ever! Tarnue and the team were awesome in being professional, friendly, transparent, no-pressure, and informative from start to finish. You can tell this place is full of car enthusiasts! Tarnue (the best salesman I’ve encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to do business with them when I’m in the market again!

well we went there to look at the Nissan, it looked good and all , I would call it wolf in sheep clothing,lol a lot to be done on it , the dealer there showed us a diffrent car we might be interested in and it was a lot better. looked it over ,took for a test drive, look at car fax , we told him what we can pay out right , he worked with us , that day , I drove hm with a car I was happy with. . I recommend this place , they listen to you and your needs. they have several cars to look at and drive and look over, and they don't pressure you to buy . go check them out .

Our experience was amazing. We found the vehicle that we wanted, set up an appointment, came and checked it out. It was immaculately detailed. The vehicle was/is in excellent shape. The owner was super friendly, not pushy with anything, negotiated with us, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He processed the paperwork. After we signed the paperwork and brought the vehicle home, we realized we were missing a mat. He gave us a whole set of new excellent quality mats. He has also offered to assist us with any upgrades we would like to do with this vehicle.
