Quite possibly the best dealership experience we've ever had. Mo was attentive, polite, and efficient. We even traded in my Highlander (not the original purpose of our visit) for a new model, but at no point did we feel pressured to do so. I feel that the service dept is always trying to over sell services. I was told my tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced, I took the vehicle and tire to the place originally purchased and w sell services. I was quoted $1400 for newcMichelin tires and was able to purchase the exact same tire for just under $1k.. told they would match my price..no desire to deal with the dealership! More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The salesman Ed was extremely knowledgeable. Would have given a five star rating but the pricing policy sucks. They tried to force us to take $5 The salesman Ed was extremely knowledgeable. Would have given a five star rating but the pricing policy sucks. They tried to force us to take $5,000 of extra worthless warranties added to the MSRP. Many of them duplicating coverage or already covered by auto insurance. We were able to talk them down to $3,500 extras otherwise they would not sell us the car. Covid has brought out the worst of the American way! Yes, Covid has affected businessses, but it has also affected the consumer who is ultimately paying the price. More
