I’m speechless, Alex, Jorge, Jeremy are my family now. After looking on CarGurus and websites reading reviews I took a chance with Honda at Mt. Kisco. These guys are transparent, look me in the eye, gave me an amazing deal. Please save your time, those shady dealerships will have you in the ER after you see those hidden fees. Jeremy negotiated a low interest rate via Bank of America, lower payment that I can actually afford without catching a stroke trying to get that rent. Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!!!! Yall are really the best I’ve ever seen. I’m in tears.

Natalia was excellent at communicating with me from the moment I inquired about the 2013 Mini Cooper Paceman S All4 to the day I drove it off the lot. Any question I had, if she didn’t immediately know the answer, she made sure to quickly find it for me. She also worked efficiently with my insurance company to secure the new insurance cards without any delays. When we were leaving the dealership and realized the tank was nearly empty, Natalia went above and beyond—she came with us to the gas station and put $20 worth of gas in the car using the business credit card. About a week after purchasing the car, we experienced an issue. I reached out to Natalia, and she and her manager promptly arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the Service Department the very next morning. She also ensured a loaner vehicle was ready for me so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. A few days later, she followed up to check on how everything was going. That level of service truly stood out. Although the car remained with the service team for six weeks due to delays in receiving MINI OEM parts, I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Natalia, her manager, and Angel Fernandez, Servicer Manager and his service team. If we’re ever in the market for another new or used vehicle, I would absolutely consider returning to New Babylon Honda.

after having service done on my wife's Honda passport-which took longer than expected and I was stuck waiting five hours-the service dept went out of their way to rectify the situation. Carlo Realmuto, the service director was outstanding in getting my concerns taken care of. After such personalized service I decided to bring my Honda Ridgeline to north shore Honda for an issue that the dealership where I bought the vehicle had been giving me a run around. I called ahead to Carlo who assured me they could fix my Ridgeline quickly and that I should bring it right in. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and the technician had my vehicle fixed and out the door in less than an hour! all at no cost to me- even though my original dealer said I would have to pay a 'diagnostic fee'. I was starting to believe that this type of service no longer existed. a big THANK YOU to north shore Honda and especially to CARLO REALMUTO.

We weren't sure which one we wanted, and we went with what we were ok with. Over the weekend, we let Jon know that we changed our minds and Jon and his team were nothing but accommodating!! Once we came back to get the Honda Pilot, Jon went the extra mile to make sure that all of our concerns were answered!
