I brought my Van in on 1 June and Steve let me know right away that the service department was low on personnel and had a large back log and it might take a while to get to the Van. I understood the situation and told him to just let me know when it goes into the shop. Steve did that and kept me up to date on the car’s repair. It was a rather complicated issue with the dash and instruments and Steve worked with my warranty company and got the Van repaired. Great service and awesome communications with the customer. Super thanks to Steve!

Just wanted to thank the Landers McLarty Jeep service department and my service advisor Hannah Mann. Hannah has taken every opportunity to improve the customer service relationship while balancing and protecting the interests of both FCA and the customer. She has on several occasions worked with various in house and FCA contacts to ensure my questions are answered, my issues are resolved, and my warranties are in order.
She has been in my opinion up front with me when presenting good news or bad, and has told me in some cases she needed to talk to a manager or technical expert to be sure she had a rock solid answer or estimate. She has met or improved her timelines for service completion to date within her capabilities and is always upbeat and approachable.
No one enjoys going back and forth to the service department for issues or even scheduled maintenance but Hannah seems to always make the process as painless as possible and stays in touch on updates and pickup times and reviews the work performed and recommends related auxiliary services that can improve performance or extend the vehicles service life.
I hope Hannah chooses to remain at this dealership as I have become confident in her as my service advisor and reliant on her to resolve any issues or schedule maintenance.. Although the entire staff seem focused and helpful, I would highly recommend Hannah Mann for her demonstrated focus and follow-through..

Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. I would recommend Chris Myers highly to anyone.

Bought my challenger there new in feb of 2020. They were nice enough but no great deal on price. Took it back for first service 7/12/21. 9300 miles. They couldn't find my appt. that was made online but got me in. Took an hour for oil change and tire rotation. Not bad but the doc fees and taxes made it 31. Dollars more than online prices. So I about expected all that. But when they were done and I went to get iin the car there greasy fingerprints on the hood and all around my door handles. That kinda shows me what kinda care they must have taken in what they did. Thats it for me.

We were traveling in the Gulf Shores area, staying at Gulf State Park when my husband was concerned about the transmission of our Ram 1500. He called Gulf Chrysler and was able to make an appointment for the truck to be checked out. They shuttled us between the dealership and the campground and we’re timely and professional in our communication with them. They checked out the transmission and we’re able to assure us that all was fine. It’s so worrisome when on the road to have vehicle issues and we are appreciative of the fine service we received at Gulf Chrysler.

Sent my Chrysler Pacifica limited van in to have new radio installed. It has taken them over a month to do job and it is still not completed. told me wrong part was shipped to them and they sent my van back today to wait another 2 to 3 days for correct part to arrive. I wish I could add pictures of how they delivered it back to me. It was filthy. It had oil stains all over the overhead ceiling on the drivers side. I called and told them to come back immediately and pick up my van and take it back and clean my van up to the condition it was in when they got it. So now I have no transportation because they said they had no loaners. I have to wait now until they can fix plus clean my van back up.

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.

Last two times I was in for service (oil change and then fuel filter change), it took considerably longer than they estimated (by at least an hour). But no explanation and no apology. They don't seem to keep track of customers, and how long they have been there. Don't seem to care. Apparently our time isn't important to them.
