I had the best customer service through the whole experience at Hallmark Nissan. I went in for car service/repair. A lovely young lady, Hannah was very polite, patient and kind. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Best customer service ever.

My service coordinator was rude and spoke to me like I was her child, which I did not appreciate. Outside of that my experience was ok
