I haven't bought a lot of cars, but I have been too a lot if dealerships as of late to look, and this was by far the best experience I've had. Matt was courteous, kind and understanding throughout the process and remained very professional and cognizant of our needs and expectations. At no point did we feel pressured or "sold" on anything we weren't asking for and we ended up driving a great new car off the lot. I'd recommend Matt and Arrowhead Honda to anyone who knows what they want in a car and likes to be treated like a person and not just another sale. Overall great experience and I couldn't be happier. We are senior citizens and find the fast service very helpful. Rather than messing around with technology we just go to fast service and someone runs out and asks our question and they find someone to fix it! Both phones are connected on each car!
Everyone who works here is very friendly, sales, service, or the lady that meets you at the door. We recommend Superstition Springs all the time. People know we always drive Hondas, so we are asked many times, altho we have the license holder on both cars.
We like that they almost always coat your car with the Autp Butler. We find that very helpful in keeping our cars always looking good and easy to keep them like that.

I want to say what a great salesman Drew is. He is personable, listens to his customer's needs and does all he can to get the customer the deal they are looking for. not just disappointed in visit but outraged. if your someone that is trying to get a car but know you may struggle with credit or even dont have very much just know this place will screw you over. me and my boyfriend were looking to purchase our first car and got a 2013 honda accord. the car was great and although i was very worried about the contract they assured me and my boyfriend we were given the best deal. come 2 weeks later we learn that we never got approved for a loan from anyone (letting us drive off the lot with the car anyway) and they would be confiscating the car back and reimbursing us for our down payment. they tried to get us set up with a lease in which we would be paying more than we were for an actual purchased car and due to my worries already about payments on the original car, we left empty handed and ended up having to walk to another dealership to get a car last minute without money for a down payment because it would take "4-5 business days" to be reimbursed. mind you its been 2 weeks and well over 10 phone calls to the dealership and store manager and we still have not been reimbursed. due to the chaotic situation we brought papers we thought we may need such as verification of identity and we left it in the car and rather than calling and letting us know, they shredded everything. birth certificates, social security, and all. this visit did so much detriment to me and my boyfriend of whom im expecting a child with. i never thought that almost buying a car could really xxxx you over so hard. thankfully we went next door to big two toyota and bobby was very helpful of our situation and helped us get into what we needed. he got us a brand new 2017 toyota AI of which were paying significantly less for compared to the used 2013 honda accord we had.

The battery died in our car and when we took the battery out we noticed it had a 100-month warranty from Honda so we called the dealership and told them our situation and they advised us what paperwork they needed to replace the battery. We showed up to the dealership and gave the service advisor the paperwork and he said it would be taken care of. An hour later the service advisor came to us and said he could not warranty the battery because it was out of warranty even though the battery was put in in 2015. The warranty manual even says after the factory warranty that there is to be a prorated discount depending on how long it has been for a replacement battery. Very poor customer service and would not recommend this dealership for anything. We thought about looking at trading in our car for a new one but not at Surprise Honda . Definitely a different Honda dealership .

Pushy and rude. Try to make you feel bad for not buying a 26k dollar car for 36k dollars. One salesman was mumbling passive aggressively as I was walking out. Go somewhere else.
