New lease of Honda Clarity - Witsguy
Dealership and sales person Shelby Eaton was very affable and knowledgeable. The financing for the lease was somewhat confusing and more expensive than I would have expected. Having said this my understanding of the minutiae of financial issues is not great. There was somewhat a sense to seal the deal in one sitting.

Our tire repair experience was much better than expected. - Roller43
We had a tire repair experience with run-flat tires that was much better than we expected. Our service advisor was Angel Gameros. He's polite, honest and knowledgeable. He told us up front what the cost was going to be and then it was a little under his estimate. Beside that, the completion time was faster than expected. We really appreciate his service. He's an honest man. Of course he didn't do the whole thing by himself. The technician who did the job was efficient and knowledgeable also and that saved us money. Thanks for a job well done.
Thanks! - Shana L.
Ask for Amanda at Bell Honda! Just sold me my 2nd civic and had lots of fun! She's very easy to talk to and made it easy.

Saleman, Drew, was awesome! - Beth
I want to say what a great salesman Drew is. He is personable, listens to his customer's needs and does all he can to get the customer the deal they are looking for. I will send all my friends to him and to this dealership. I have bought 2 new cars from Drew at this dealership and have been impressed both times. Everyone is very friendly and works with customers to make them happy.
Again, the dealership is great and Drew is excellent. He made 2 different car buying experiences wonderful encounters. I have been very impressed.

Nice cars and environment but have some concerns - JTed
Overall car buying experience was great. The salesman David answered everything I wanted to know. He was really awesome.
There are a few problems that I had with the company. I bought a pre-owned vehicle with a pre-approved loan from my bank which would make it a cash purchase for the company. When filling out the paper work my wife and I questioned a form that was involved a credit score check. They stated that since it would be a cash purchase they just needed it for a hard copy for the bank. They asked if we wanted them to run a credit report to beat the loan that I had and I said no. The next day credit karma reported I have hard inquiries on my equifax and transunion. I will be consulting a lawyer about this issue being addressed in the Fair Credit Report Act.
The second issue is that on their website they have pictures about pre-owned advantage and says the price you see is the price you pay, well there was a hidden window tinting fee for about $700. It made no sense because I didn't ask for window tinting and it should of already been included in the online price because it was done prior to me purchasing this vehicle.
Thumbs up for Tempe Honda..!! - rkspatel
Had a good car buying experience at Tempe Honda. In past, I have experienced that other dealership adds some other costs on top of what they quoted. But, I didn't have this experience at Tempe Honda. They didn't try to force sell me the products I didn't want either. I would rate this dealership for any prospective Honda buyer. Thumbs up forTempe Honda TV; Thumbs up for Saad Al-Hashimi.
Agree with Rip Off DP - Dena Kotka
Exactly the same thing I went through but with the woman sales lady. I ended up with the same experience and much more with the service. This was my very first vehicle I bought from a dealership and I had no idea what I was in for or understanding of the whole process. Since, I have bought some sort of preferred customer maintenance thing for $400 and something I make appointments for oil changes that I get free. Seven of them to be exact as well as other discounts on other things. I have to wait two hours every time I make an appointment. The last time, the service people didn't get the message from the secretary that I made an appointment. I still had to wait two hours. This last time they told me there was going to be a problem with my differential and was trying to make me feel bad that I bought a Dodge from them rather than an expensive Honda. They said that it was going to cost close to $500 to fix it and require many hours. I asked if Dodge had done a recall on it since my vehicle only had 62,000 miles on it. He said no. I said well I must have something like an extended service contract in my contract that covers this, don't you have that information since I bought the vehicle here. They just looked at me like no. I said, well I will have to look at my paperwork before I do anything. I did, and they sold me this AllState insurance when I bought the car. I called AllState and they said, yes, it would be covered but that Dodge would do it free since it is less than 100,000 miles but, if they didn't I could do a claim. Now, you know this is something these mechanics know since they work in a dealership but, failed to pass the information on to me. I am going to Dodge from now on and I will not deal with Honda ever again. My internet price was 17,000 something and I am owing 19,000 something after $5,000 down. Kingman Honda also owns the Chevrolet dealership. FYI I also saw that lady saleslady trying to talk a lady into trading her vehicle in for a newer vehicle. The lady said, I am 84 years old and do not need any new payments. :) I learned a hard lesson. Be aware.
