My wife and I went to Bell Honda for the purpose of checking out a 2017 Ridgeline RTL-T. Salesperson, JC, was very helpful and told us the truck had just arrived and was in the process of being certified. JC showed us the truck anyway. We decided to wait to test drove it. We met with JC's supervisor (TEAM LEADER) Jeremy who was very friendly and advised us he would call me when the safety inspection was completed and we would be first in line to test drive it.
A few days later, Jeremy called and we test drove the Ridgeline. We purchased it with Honda having to correct some needed work on it, which an appointment was made for that purpose. I met with Jeremy, service rep John, Service Managers George and Gwen at the Service Center for warranty work. General Manager Ross met with me. He made sure everything was fixed on the Ridgeline and all was good.
Everyone I mentioned was very professional, honest and treated me with respect before and after the sale. I would highly recommend Bell Honda to my family and friends.

My experience was great! They were able to complete the oil change and auto butler service within two hours. staff are always friendly. I do have to say that the interior of my car was not cleaned as well as it has been before and they did not clean the dash as they have in prior visits.

Worst experience ever with Service Advisor Brandon - Jason.Thai
I bought a used 'certified' 2006 Honda Odyssey from Autonation with a warranty. So far it's been an awful experience as of late. Brandon my service advisor wasn't very pleasant to deal with over the phone. I had my vehicle towed to their dealership due to something draining my battery on June 17th. I was told my AC Clutch Relay needed to be replaced in which I ended up paying about $450 to have them fix. Originally they quoted me $675 but since my "warranty expired" just days before this happened he offered to help me out with a discount... 3 months later the same problems occurs and so I have it towed there again!! (towed there Sept 9th at around noon.) I get a call from Brandon asking "what's wrong with the vehicle?" I tell him the issue and that I had brought it in before for the same problem. He immediately tells me that it's the alternator and that he has no clue why they worked on my AC Clutch Relay in the first place. He calls me back at the end of his work day only to tell me that they couldn't run a diagnostic because my battery was failing and that I'd need a new one... Oh and also they wouldn't be able to start doing the diagnostic until the next day... However, he did offer a complimentary vehicle for my wife to drive while the van was being fixed but it's kinda hard when she's the only one at home with 4 kids and I'm out of town for work. We've got no family to help drive her there either. Well, we agreed to buy a new battery to run the diagnostic and of course they say alternator is bad... Total cost for new battery and alternator came out to $990 plus the $450 I spent on the "AC Clutch Relay that needed to be replaced" 3 months ago.
Brandon offered to have the vehicle delivered since "they don't come out as far as where I live" but at the end of the day... He lied. Not only did he lie about that but he also lied about not having any shuttle service in the area that I lived in because I've had a shuttle driver drop me off home several times when I was getting my oil changed there. Most likely they lied to me about the "AC Relay clutch" as well...
I think this shop needs to be investigated or atleast this Brandon guy. I truly feel like I got bamboozled. I'm going to do my best to report this business for all their fraudulent activities and I hope karma hits them where it don't shine! What ever you do don't deal with a guy named Brandon with an east coast accent! He will rip you off like no other!!

I had contacted Keith Willis, their Product Specialist, by e-mail since I was a repeat client. I was upgrading a 2017 Honda CRV to 2019 Honda CRV. It was a win-win for me. If he could not make a deal I was happy and if he could I would be happier. Keith and his support staff made the deal work where it made sense. I always buy my cars and that was important. They gave me an excellent trade in and my wife drove out of the dealership in three and a half hours from the moment we entered the dealership
Keith was fun and energetic to work with and provided us with all of the information after we purchased the car. I would recommend anyone going o Surprise Honda to see Keith.
Finally, the have an excellent service department as I had my 2015 Honda CRV serviced there.

My husband had a appointment with Rodney Gilbert for a vehicle that was sold two days prior before his appointment that just showed us how important we are as customers to not even verify if the vehicle is still there .. I gave it two stars because other management were doing their best trying to help us, but there was not a vehicle on the lot that we were interested in but, the one that we seen online that supposedly he was going to show us we drove an hour away with our two babies thinking that we were going to look and purchase this vehicle And with that didn’t even get an apology from him but from other employees thank you Rodney will never shop at Tempe Honda ever again!!!! No integrity !
