My new (778 miles) Traverse was delivered to Russell Chevrolet December 15 for repair of collision damage. Nothing was apparently done for 3 weeks and now over 2 months later it is still not repaired and apparently nothing is happening while they wait for a $25.00 part for a 2017 vehicle which is "on backorder". The estimate originally had incorrect GM part numbers which may have been eventually corrected. I do not know what efforts have been made to obtain this part or a functional equivalent and never got any information until I started complaining to my insurance carrier and General Motors. And yet all I have been told is the part is "on backorder" and they don't know when it will be received, if ever. I have asked when it was placed on backorder and what efforts have been made to locate the part and the answer I received was "I don't know". I have never had a problem with Russell Chevrolet in the 30 years I have done business with them, but this is just a nightmare with no apparent end. Some of the blame lies with Safeco but plenty with Russell Chevrolet.

I was just looking online to get pricing on an NEW 2500 hd and the internet sales person just kept on emailing and calling me even after me telling him to stop. He kept telling me he could get me financed and in an New truck. So after 2 weeks of listening to his BS I went in knowing he was lieing. When I got to the store he was to busy to take care of me so he introduced me to another sales person. after about 5 Min of talking to him and me telling him I was there for an new truck and would look at a used one but I was there for a new one. So of course he started taking me to the used lot and I said I wanted to look at the new ones. He said well it won't hurt to look at these. I looked at one that was nice but I was there for a new one. after we looked at the used one with 31k miles on it we started to the new ones and he stated he needed to go inside and do something. 5 Min later he came to me with a proposal for an used truck that had 51k miles on it and I said this isn't that truck that we looked at and he started arguing with me and said I didn't know what I was talking about. I then said I want to look at the new truck's and he said this is the truck for you. I also saw on the proposal that they were going to only give me 500 for my trade in which is 3500 lower than KBB trade in value. After arguing with him for 10 Min. I told him to go get my keys. After the 2nd time I started getting louder and louder telling him to go get my key's because I was leaving and wasn't buying anything from this crooked lying company and he still kept trying to tell me I needed to buy this truck.
I will never ever buy anything from this crooked company and I will tell everyone I come in contact with Not to ever buy from them. Every time I see the commercial about how they are here for the customer I turn the channel because it's all lies
I know the games that car lots used because I have work for 3 major dealerships in the past and I know all the games they play but to keep my keys when I am yelling at him to bring them to me and the whole lobby was looking at us. Sorry xxx Company

Brought car in for a recall. They fixed that issue and damaged something else in the process. I kept getting the run around on what day to come back to get the new issue fixed. During this time waiting, I was sent a customer satisfaction survey. So I filled it out of course, I was truthful and not happy with the damaged car. I finally took the day off from work and dropped my car off for the appintment they gave me. I called later that day to get the status on my repair and they said they would not fix it because of the survey I filled out! So why do you fill out a survey if you can't handle the truth about your business!

I went to their service department for an oil change and for them to change my headlight bulb. The service wasn't bad but I was charged $70 for them to change the headlight bulb. They didn't even come tell me before they did it that was what they would charge. I just got blind-sided. They have lost my business. They said it was difficult for them to change the bulb on their own brand of vehicle. What a rip!!!!

Let me start by saying the extended warranty they offer and I paid an extra $1500 for is a joke.. It never covers any thing and the service center will make sure of this from what I have experienced.. The people who work in their service center doesn't have enough respect to call you to inform of what they are going to do to you car and that isn't going to be covered before they do the work.. Even after you make it very clean that you want them to call you before they do anything that will cost you money.. They even give your their word that they will call but guess what the only call you get is to inform you that your car is done and that you now owe them money because this amazing warranty that you bought wont cover the cost.. The warranty is suppost to be bumper to bumper 75000miles if anything breaks they fix it you'll never pay more them a 100$ out of pocket and that is only suppost to be if you use a company that is outside of their an approved machanic list.. Even the dealerships sells ppl is like a bunch of buzzards that hover over you and pressurer the xxxx out of you.. Filling your head with a bunch of deals that is not at all what they act like they are.. I wish I would of never bought anything from this car lot and I will never take my car back to them again! Not even for any of my services I would rather pay out of pocket then give them another dollar of my money...

went to pick up 2010 Camaro with clean carfax and promised everything was good. Got it home had been badly damaged and repainted all the way around, including new glass. My inspector suggested I get my money back, they gave me the run-a-around. Finally got a refund, this show they knew it was a bad deal. Could have sued these folks! if you buy a used look it over very closely.
