We came to “just look”. Danny Henriquez was helpful and attentive to or requests and what we were looking for. He was very personable and not pushy, which made our decision to buy rather than look an easier transition. THANK YOU Danny. Very professional and a pleasure to wok with.

Short Notice Tires - smcoop9
They fixed my car within a day after coming in with two flat tires on short notice. The service area is always friendly and helpful and I have never had any issues. I always come here because I know it will be done correctly and quickly. Other places I have been too don’t seem to care that much, but not this place.

Got a great deal on a Chevy Cruze - Go Hogs!
I highly recommend Mike to find your next vehicle! We had shopped for a month before buying. I was about to go to an auction to buy and mike mentioned that he had a Chevy Cruze on his lot that I needed to look at. My daughter's first car was bought from a local business. I couldn't be happier.
Great Buying Experience - madees1
SW Auto was fast and respectful of my time. They had a really good selection and I was very pleased with how good my sales associate was. They were able to get me approved and on the road in a car I love! I would recommend them to anyone!
Bait and Switch! - disappointed
While looking online for a 2017 Subaru Forester to buy, suddenly a call came in from Fayetteville. It was Perry Butcher with Chevrolet of Fayetteville. The car I was looking for was on the website, and we agreed to drive over an hour for a test drive. Mr. Butcher said he would bring it up front for us. When we arrived, Perry met us saying that he couldn't bring the car up because another salsperson was in the middle of a deal, and he sat us down to wait until he could find out. Some time later, about ten minutes or so, he came in and told us that the car was sold, but he could show us another vehicle, a 2018 Forester. We said no, we wanted a 2017 car and the price that was online. "Don't you just want to look at it?" He asked. We said, we were not going to pay the increased cost and there was no need. The car in question is still shown online, and I daresay, Mr Butcher is using the same line with other customers, as well.
Routine Service - Roger
The dealership personnel were very courteous and go our vehicle in and out quickly on schedule. We couldn't ask for better service. Great job.
Best experience on all levels - Asmith
I worked with Andy and I highly recommend him. I was looking for a vehicle for months and he would answer me around the clock, whether he was working or not. He got me the best deal I could find in the state and I even looked out of state some.
The best advice I could give anyone looking for their new vehicle is to call the cowboy and ask for Andy. I know he will take care of anyone that calls him and it’ll help me sleep at night knowing my review can help someone get an honest deal and a great buying experience like you should. Be sure to let him know Austin sent you. I look forward to reading your review after working with Andy.

I came to this dealership to test drive a vehicle. The vehicle was in very good shape and the salesman Thomas was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. What a great sales experience I had - jhotze
I was looking for a used car and I found the model, model year, and color online at Gentry Chevrolet. When I contacted them I had the great fortune to have Brad Ewing as my salesperson. He patiently listened to every desire and concern I had and responded with clear and direct answers and comments. He went above and beyond providing detail information on the vehicle. If you are interested in buying a car used car and you want a great salesperson helping you, then you should contact Brad Ewing. I am very grateful to Brad for making an experience, that I was thinking was going to be difficult experience into a very pleasant experience. For BRAD I give him Five Stars
Never never again - Gimmneycricket
Purchased a used vehicle, and not only did they power book the vehicle at three times what it was worth, after we left looking at our paper work the paperwork we had did not match the vehicle we had!!!!! I'm still fighting with this dealership to fix their mistakes, finance manager should be held accountable and the general manager for allowing this to happen on his watch! Never ever will or should I recommend this dealership!
Hope Bats Cleanup - cmajors
After my experience with a previous salesperson, I received a text from Hope Hensley that simply said: "what do I need to do to earn your business?" I told her exactly what I wanted: a certain payment and a negotiated service contract. That night, Hope was helping me sign paperwork on my Acura MDX. Hope saved this deal with authenticity. I recommend Hope to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle; she will not let you down.
(Also, the F&I guy was pretty cool, too. Manos plays the saxophone.)
Service - BG
I scheduled my service through the MyChevrolet app. The appointment was quickly confirmed and my service was completed very timely with zero hassle. I also received a complimentary vacuum with the service of my auto.
Hunter Bale and Cronies - DWBrown76
Owner Hunter Bale and his suck up henchmen are the worst. Bale once was a reputable dealership before Hunter and the Henchmen took over. Hunter claims to be a devout Christian, but acts anything but. Oh how the mighty have fallen. I will take my business to Everett or somewhere else next time.
Most unprofessional - Pootshoota
Again i needed to have repairs done on my toyota tacoma, and again i dropped my vehicle off at the dealer, for those repairs. Every time i use this shop, im never given a status of my vehicle, it takes them forever to do the work requested, ive never gotten my vehicle on the day it was dropped off. NEVER, they have kept my vehicle two days for a brake inspection.
Parts department problems - Jeremy
Ordered floor liners in person at the parts department to insure I got the right ones. Called for 4-5 days before finally speaking to Cody in parts who said they were in. I drive an hour to Jonesboro to find that they are not in. Cody says well I can ship them to you. I thought that would be awesome. So I give him a $100 and $25 Chevy rewards voucher as partial payment and go for my card to pay the balance. He said “don’t worry about the difference, we have a little wiggle room on the price.” This was on a Wednesday so on Friday I call to verify that they’d been shipped only to find Cody had quit. Now the dealership will not honor the price Cody promised me. It seems that working with management at this dealership is impossible. I hate being made to be a liar but this is exactly the way I’m being
made to feel.
went to pick up 2010 Camaro with clean carfax and... - david0815
went to pick up 2010 Camaro with clean carfax and promised everything was good. Got it home had been badly damaged and repainted all the way around, including new glass. My inspector suggested I get my money back, they gave me the run-a-around. Finally got a refund, this show they knew it was a bad deal. Could have sued these folks! if you buy a used look it over very closely.
Excellent - Phyllis Morgan
Good people to work with. Great service. All staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nice clean environment. Willing to work with you. Strive to have satisfied customers.
Labor pricing scam - Susan R Gaither
I went to their service department for an oil change and for them to change my headlight bulb. The service wasn't bad but I was charged $70 for them to change the headlight bulb. They didn't even come tell me before they did it that was what they would charge. I just got blind-sided. They have lost my business. They said it was difficult for them to change the bulb on their own brand of vehicle. What a rip!!!!
Dealership installs Passenger tires on a Heavy Duty Pickup - Greg
Summary of Events:
I purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Joe Lee Chevrolet in Clinton, AR. As part of the sales agreement, the dealership agreed to replace two worn tires, upon taking possession, they had replaced all four tires. This was a pleasant surprise; until I found out they were not rated for a 3/4 ton pickup. They are passenger tires, Bridgestone P255/70R17 (4 ply tires).
I have contacted GM and they said the recommended replacement will be located on a sticker inside the driver door, which states LT245/75R17E. I have also consulted with several tire dealers and a Bridgestone dealer, who all said that 'P' (passenger) tires should not be installed on a 3/4 ton pickup and should have E (10 ply) rated tires. Joe Lee Chevrolet’s own ‘tire finder’ website list only LT tires as replacements.
The following quote is from a Bridgestone representative in an article titled, ‘Advice: Light Truck vs Passenger car tires: what you should know’*:
“It’s a serious safety issue,” says Dino Tenuta, Bridgestone Canada’s Manager of Technical Services. “A P-metric (passenger) tire will generally not stand the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of a truck designed for LT-metric tires…”
“Additionally, he explains, handling, braking, and stability can all be affected when mounting a non-OE rated tire on the vehicle.”
Another quote from the same article:
“Vehicle manufacturers and tire companies alike stress the importance of sticking with OE LT-metric tires on your truck. Swapping an OE LT-metric tire for a P-metric tire can have dangerous consequences.”
They have admitted to pulling them off of a 1/2 ton pickup which weighs 4,860lbs. When I told the sales manager I didn't buy a 1/2 ton pickup, I bought a 3/4 ton pickup, a Silverado 2500HD, which weighs 9,500lbs, he said “this conversation is over” and hung up.
When I originally brought this to their attention, I was told that if I wanted to 'upgrade' the tires, I would have to pay the difference in price and the cost of mounting/balancing. It should not be considered an upgrade to have the original equipment rated tires to be on a vehicle when you purchase it. Negotiating was not an option; I was told flatly by the sales manager “I am not buying anymore tires for that truck’.
I asked for the original tires back, but the dealer said they no longer had them. I have tried to negotiate with the dealer, but the sales manager said 'I am not buying anymore tires for that truck'. I was told if I wanted to 'upgrade', they would give me $80 'trade-in' for the tires on it now and I pay the difference for the upgraded tires (over $100 per tire), plus the cost of mounting/balancing. I declined this offer as I did not consider original equipment tires an upgrade.
I understand that I bought the truck used and ‘as-is’. As it was when I agreed to purchase the truck was with LT tires. I requested the two rear tires be replaced as a condition of purchase, they agreed to do so. It does not seem unreasonable to expect a dealership to install the properly rated and sized tires. I liken this to the dealership fueling the vehicle with the correct grade and fuel type. It is not expected that they would use anything other than what is recommended for the vehicle. It seems that it would be reasonably expected that they would do the same with the tires, such a critical part of the vehicle given its Heavy Duty nature and the loads it is capable of hauling.
I use a truck to haul a 1,000lb four-wheeler and tow a 7,000lb camper, all of which I relayed to the salesperson, Hassle. Now, if I drive on the currently installed tires, not rated nor recommended by GM, any tire dealer I have contacted, Bridgestone industry experts, or any tire manufacturer I have found, I put me and my family’s lives at risk.
