Had a great experience with the team over at Cadillac Marin. I spoke with Tony and took me for a couple test drives while explaining every detail of the cars to me. I also spoke with Alex and Victor who were both extremely knowledgeable as well of their products. It made the dealership experience such a welcoming and friendly one, after having been out of the market for so long. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

As a business owner myself, I tell my team that customer service is easy when everything is perfect, but great companies and leaders shine when things are not perfect. Devin, Ely and Jimmy took a possible negative situation and made it a positive one for everyone. This is my 3ed purchase at Paradise and will not be my last because they care about the experience more than the bottom line.

North County GMC has had my van for 10 weeks with no - Greg.warden

North County GMC has had my van for 10 weeks with no resolution. They damaged the vehicle’s wiring and still haven’t repaired the cluster unit. When I came to pick it up after 7 weeks, the battery was dead, the vehicle wouldn’t start, and wiring for multiple electrical components was hanging out from under the dash and around the vehicle — with no explanation from the service writer. I’ve had to initiate every contact myself, as they’ve provided no updates. I raised all of this with the service writer and general manager over a week ago, but still no response or resolution. This van is a daily driver for our family, and their lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I would actually give the service department less than 1 star. I have contacted the bureau of automotive repairs to look into their business practices. The GM never even gave the courtesy of returning my call. Shame on you. During one repair, 270 miles were put on my car. Bad business. Sales department is okay but I was promised chips for my car in 6 weeks and haven't heard back. Cadillac owners beware!

I just bought the CT5 from this dealership. The service was very good. The salesperson Iris was very knowledgeable and provided me all the information on the car and how to use it. She walks with me step by step the functions, and more important I came back several times for some extra information and Iris was very helpful each time I came back. I got good deal on my old car, probably as good as I can get. The gave me also a good deal on my new car. Overall, the process was relatively easy, no push to buy extra and the written contract was exactly as promised. One small thing. This car as many other cars has no spare tire or sealer kit (which in my opinion is useless anyway).
