My outstanding experience buying at Cadillac Marin proves an auto purchase transaction doesn't have to mimic a Mixed Martial Arts Cage Match. I was put in touch with Jacob Audiss in Sales and found him to be honest, informative, patient and knowledgeable. Dealing with Jacob was stress free, sort of like chatting with a friend. There was absolutely no high pressure or intimidation. Managers Ivan and Victor were there to work on my behalf to finalize the deal. They too, work hard at making the process easy and comfortable. I found the pricing to be fair for both the new car purchase and the trade value. A five star experience overall, and I cannot find a single flaw in their process.

I recently visited Gilroy Cadillac to check out a CT5 model that I was very interested in. It was the only CT5 model that had black wheels along with many other features that I wanted. The bonus was that it was the only 2026 in the area with the wheels I wanted. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Rick Encarnacao, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Within 15 minutes the finance manager had valued my trade-in and written up a proposal that was more than fair. I was very impressed with the efficiency of this dealership. What was even more impressive was that they offered me $5,000 more for my trade-in than the dealership that I originally purchased my current car from. Rick was very good about following up with emails and texts without any pressure-just friendly reminders that the vehicle was still available and asking if there was anything else he could help me with. The only reason I did not purchase this striking car was because my husband thought it was too similar to our current car. My experience at this dealership was incredibly eye-opening and even though I did not purchase the vehicle there, I would, without a doubt, recommend Rick at Gilroy Chevrolet Cadillac for any future vehicle purchases.

Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

My truck is a 2018 GMC 2500 Denali it has been back to - GMC 2500

My truck is a 2018 GMC 2500 Denali it has been back to the dealership multiple times for the same issue In which has cost thousands. The service rep.’s recommendation was that I should buy a new truck. This truck barely has turned 100,000 miles and the issue lies within this def system. A few days prior to the check engine light coming on again this time there was an oil change service in which the truck came home and due to a miss installed oil filter, It leaked oil all over my driveway and underneath the truck frame it was taken back the very next day to have the oil filter installed correctly and then the very next day the check engine light came on. I was under the impression that the dealer that Specializes in the product they sell should know the vehicle like the back of their hand and it shouldn’t be returning for the same issue multiple times at the customers expense and for sure the service rep shouldn’t be recommending just to replace the more than $100,000 truck since they can’t figure out the problem. Very unsettling experience. I would be really grateful if the service manager was to set up a meeting to address these issues. It would be really nice to have an honest dealership to have my vehicles worked on and maintained.

This is the only place I take my car for service. They never disappoint. Usually I am in and out pretty quick (about 1 hr.). This time it took a little longer (about 3 hours). My appointment was at 8 am. Eric Bejar was my service advisor. He was professional and friendly. I waited for my car on Monday. He was a great help about checking on the delay. Thank you Eric Bejar!

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Allen Cadillac. During the purchase of our new car, we were misled and misinformed regarding critical safety features. These omissions have caused immense stress, especially as my wife is about to give birth to our third child. Despite our repeated efforts to address these concerns, the dealership has refused to take responsibility and continues to ignore our safety issues. Transparency and honesty should be fundamental when selling vehicles, especially when customer safety is at stake. Unfortunately, this dealership has failed in that regard. I strongly advise any prospective buyers to exercise caution and reconsider before purchasing from them.
