I had a great experience at Sedano Ford. After waiting a long time for my special order to arrive - I was treated well by an experienced salesman, Victor Santana. He knew what to show me how my hybrid works while I was driving. The finance officer, Robert, a fellow Veteran, also showed me how my private financing was a better option than Ford’s own financing. I was under NO pressure to buy anything that I didn’t want. Dealer options were presented but it was my choice to accept. I will purchase another vehicle here if needed. Stu Strebig- Bay Park, SD

This has been my dealership to by from since 1998. This is where I gave these guys several truck sales every 2 years or so since 1998. My last visit was one of the worse experiences ever. It’s to bad Bob Cobos isn’t around as much. Time to move on.

I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

This dealership has had my wrangler since 12-17-24 for the hybrid battery recall. We started calling every week for an update. They replaced the battery, however another problem was found. This vehicle was purchased 8/2023. Brand new. It is now 2/4/25 and we were told today that they are backlogged and still have not looked at the vehicle. What is going on? We were told we could call Brian Santoyo or Jonathan Robles. We left messages. A friend of ours who had the same situation said that someone by the name of Casey had to step in to help his situation when they kept his vehicle past 40 days. I’m praying that Casey sees this and helps us out.

My classic Lorinser SL, used only for club shows and events, had an annual service coordinated by Jose. The service was excellent in all respects: services performed, time of completeion, and answers to techical questions about the service. I highly recommend both Jose and Merceded-Benz of Temecula.

I had my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on November 2nd and was told my brake pads were both at 5mm and wouldn’t need to be replaced for at least another few months. Today (11/29), my brakes started grinding, so I took my car to Pep Boys only to find that my brake pads were both at 2 and 3 mm. I find it hard to believe that in less than a month I shaved off over 2 mm, and I believe I was deceived by the mechanics in order to rack up a higher eventual cost of repair. I spent $488 at Pep Boys to replace both front brake pads, both front rotors (those were also destroyed and no note was made on my service documentation from Hyundai), and get new brake fluid. At the Hyundai dealership, I was quoted $475. I am so disappointed with the service I received, and if I had known my pads were this bad I could’ve gotten my brake pads replaced sooner without damaging the rotors. However, I’m sure the goal was for me to take it back to them when the rotors and pads wore out so they could charge me extra for their gross negligence and deception. SO scummy.

Eddie found the car i wanted in Los Angeles and made it a point to go pick up the car and drive it all the way back to Palm Springs so I could purchase it. Personable, terrific sales guy, thorough, much better than the finance guy who tacked on all kinds of warranty items, raising the payment to over $ 100 extra. I had to go back to delete these charges to get the payment to a reasonable monthly payment. Also, when I realized the usb-connected phone was all filled with static, I was told by the service department that I'd have to prove it. I did so, by recording the event on another iPod touch, they then told me that 'Oh, yes, that's a known problem'. so the service department lied to me because they knew all along that this was a known issue, after denying it. NIssan was reportedly working on a 'fix' for this issue.

Juan was very accommodating I had to leave my car for a day or two, worried that I wouldn't have a car to go to work, but he looked out for me and gave me a loner car for transportation. Juan was great at communicating with me, very honest, and got me the best deals and what I truly needed for my Honda Accord to be in the best shape ever. I can't thank Juan enough.
